 Shocked Shocked Shocked
Market Closing
Due to being unable to provide any kind of realistic or accurate ETA on both the DOGE/LTC markets being resumed, we have decided it best to close these base markets at this time. Please close any open orders, and we apologize for the inconvenience.

I think investing in this coin is a bad idea.

this coin trading nowhere now or can buy somewhere?
Not at the moment but if I read that correctly, coinsmarket anounced that will be back online in short time and cryptopia will create a own market under a subdomain for LTC/XXX.
Do your own research.

how many days you need to stake to get something?i am staking 3 days and still nothing.

hope chartis project will be successful

Look at https://www.coinexplorer.net/EMB/dashboard and enter your walletnumber and then click "Seen Umspent Outputs" there you will see your staking and the calculated time but it will randomly too.
My 1st staking appears by days earlier as it announced but it can come later too. The showing time is obviously a estimated time.

God damm it, more problems... this coin is my personal nightmare

I made a transaction of 24M from Cryptopia to the Emberwallet, and it has been already 8 hours and the amount is not credited in my wallet yet, but in Cryptopia is shown as completed.

The adress is the same I used for another transaction so it should work... the only thing that changed is that now there is only 1 connection in my wallet (so 3 before).

Anyone knows what is going on? What can I do? Only wait? How long? Contact with somebody from Embercoin?

Close wallet.... restart computer... open only the wallet.. make sure you have the wallet selected on your
computer screen.. let it sit and sync more... it will show up.

I did this a number of times and worked every time.  Let it connect to more connections.
Let it be the only thing the computer is running at that moment.

I have quite a bit of Embercoins and plan to hold them for the long term, i recently have downloaded wallet its fully syncs and ready. I just transferred few hundreds coins and received them in couple of minutes in my wallet. Before i move whole bunch of my coins, i have couple of questions.

1- what happen to my coins if my computer break or window get corrupted, is there any way of back up my coins on some external drive?

2- I am quite new in crypto world, can some body explain me staking in details. How does it work, what kind of reward is given for staking and do i have to keep my computer on all the time?

Can somebody help me with that?

Thanks

POS Wallets are the easiest things in the world to backup.   You just need the wallet.dat file in the Appdata folder.  Save that in a folder called the name of the coin.  Make a couple of copies of that folder in different places.  Then you just download the wallet again, run it for a minute or so then stop it, then overwrite the wallet.dat file it creates with yours.   That's how you restore your wallet if anything happens.
