Hi Ronny. This is exciting news and generous to be giving 10 OBITS to everyone using that signup link! I like what OpenLedger is aiming for, with full accountability on the Bitshares DEX.
Personally, I'm a little confused at the dividing line between OpenLedger and CCEDK.com and hoping you could please summarize the differences between them or where I might see this information answered already. As I see, CCEDK.com is a centralized exchange, and OpenLedger runs on the Bitshares DEX.
Will ccedk.com be moving all its trading to OpenLedger in the future, or continuing to run a separate exchange?
Will there be EMC trading pairs on CCEDK as well as on Bitshares/OpenLedger?
Any clarity you can provide me is appreciated. Thank you!
Thank you for the nice words and welcome to all Emercoin holders and future investors.
CCEDK is the registrar and host of OpenLedger wallet. We ar also the initiator and provider of the fiat and crypto bridge. As we believe Openledger is the future but still feel too early to dismis the opportunities with a centralized exchange especially with some upcoming news regarding our debitcard called NanoCard, we dont mind playing on two horses for the time being, who knows both horse might win if not in the same race!!
We dont expect EMC on CCEDK if we are able to provide NanoCard to all users listed on Openledger, however if that is complicatd for whatever the reason we will list EMC there as well, as focus in future will be to offer most major altcoins the option to be the supportive currency on our NanoCard to fiat.
Dont forget when it comes to the altcoins and btc on Openledger the procedure is no different from any other exchange, the difference comes however when you are able on Openledger to see the amount of crypto listed in cold wallets as well being able within next few months to secure those cold wallets with desgnated multisig accounts.
All the best and lest see some great activity trdaing on the DEX

Dont let you be fooled of the OPEN.XXX an think this is just plain asset, it is the same way any other exchange is handling the incoming and outgoing crypto, meaning it is placed in cold and hot wallets, the only and perhaps very interesting detail is that on Openledger you are able to follow what amounts are deposited and withdrawn all the time, either by looking directly at the hot wallet called openledger-wallet or by checking out the activities via the designated explorer called cryptofresh. I give you here the direct link to the wallet
https://bitshares.openledger.info/?r=openledger#/account/openledger-wallet/overview, but much more to find here:
http://cryptofresh.com/u/openledger-walletIt means that right now Openledger as exchange is showing you constant update on what is available in total supply, and you are able to deposit via generated adresses or withdraw directly to the address of your choice all in automode. Just like any other centralized exchange and coming up within next month or maximum two any cold wallets as well as hot for that matter will be handled on the based of a sort of multisignature account, and it could be possible to discuss for instance certain members of this community to be involved in this part come bigger cold wallet amounts etc.
Dont know about OpenLedger yet?Have a look at these great videos already made for you to know it better:
