Personally I'd be down with a double round, but I could see how this might be an annoying amount of posts to go through at once. I don't care to much either way so my vote goes to whatever suits you best.

I'm going to be unavailable to do post counting on December 28/29 (going to be on a trip from the 24th to 29th, and likely on a plane home during the time I normally make payments). I see two options for the campaign here (though open to other alternatives). Either:

• Do a double round and merge Weeks 84 & 85, normal rules apply with max paid posts of 100
• Slightly delay payments and proceed as normal, with Week 84's payment being made on either December 30/31

I'm leaning towards the second option. It shouldn't really matter, but if someone has objections/a preference towards one of the options, made a post here or send me a PM.

Why not actually use your mind and figure out how to create real wealth.  There is money to be had everywhere and you won't get anywhere by joining signature campaigns and earning your peanuts.

Easier to say.. I'm sure if chipmixer didn't make enough money to cover the costs of this campaign then it would stop. It took over the bitcoin mixing niche and I'm sure they have very little competition over it at this point. The only businesses that come next after this campaign in payouts would be gambling websites... So don't blame it on competition, it's just not that easy to make a business on new services besides gambling or exchanges.

I wish there were more active campaigns like this one and that form of advertising came back to life. There's no competition among crypto businesses anymore.

I don't think it really matters how young an account is, but what is the content of the posts, this is what is taken in consideration here.
I guess the merit plays a big role too same as the trust.

There could well have been other members in the past who joined with younger accounts, but even at present, both DdmrDdmr and iasenko have younger accounts than I do.

I just wanted to emphasize that users of this forum who do not know the difference between SegWit and Legacy address format, can also post any other coin address which start with 3 thinking that it was a BTC SegWit address - since many of them are obviously very confused with many things which go beyond what is SegWit address and what is not.

I was pretty sure that you would come here, and just because of this thread.

1. If you have the will and time count how many time SegWit/Legacy problem is mentioned in this thread? So I have not seen and still do not see any sense to warn/learn user who apply for free spots regarding that - as I say before, they will disqualify themselves by their ignorance or carelessness. Also I am sure that DarkStar_ (at least you could write his name correctly) has more important things in life then to notice every user of this campaign what should and what not to do.

2. I'm guilty of mentioning LTC and number 3 - I've already been punished for that by some members - Lesson learned to never mention anything except BTC in this thread.

3. My point to mention this was only because I want to show that person who want to learn others about some things, have itself some problems to understand and apply some things which he advises to others. I never said I'm smarter and to have more knowledge then jackg, he is in general good poster, otherwise would not be part of this campaign.

If you think I'm hypocritical because of what I wrote in my previous posts this is your opinion. Whoever wanted to read and understand my intention in what I wrote can conclude otherwise, or not...

Congratulations o_e_l_e_o. I think you are the youngest member ever to join the Chipmixer campaign. To be honest, this was once one of my secret ambitions back in 2017, until real life took over and I had to slack off from the forum a bit. I think those 895 merits were enough reason for Darkstar_ to make that extra spot. its kindda adorable and really cool that he/she/they do it from time to time when there is a rush of exceptional applications.

Darkstar_ and Chipmixer are one of the few true bitcoin champions that still remain at the forum. Nothing but professionalism, meritocracy and a decent dose of fun from the members. I once started a topic in the Ivory Tower about how we need the old members/ early adopters to really be the guiding stars. Don't consider this a shameless shill of that topic and please do visit and share your thoughts on what you think about it. I am sure we can come up with some good ideas or stories you know about the champions already.

I don't think it is shitposting, but it is quite irrelevant because nobody is expected to be paid in litecoin here, and there are other coins which starts with 3 (like many of the recently Bitcoin forks). Do I need to specify that this is not a bitcoin private address?
