IIRC, DarkStar_ has accepted only 3 members based on their Trust, and those were : SFR10, Lauda, and SaltySpitton(who was at that time a Global Mod). The Pharmacist and actmyname, did apply when there were no spots, but they were rejected. They were later on added, when there were actual open spots.

Do you guys have any spots left?  Smiley
As the title says, "[FULL]", I think there's no open slot for now Smiley

The OP also says they make exceptions for excellent accounts such as Vlad2Vlad.  Smiley

Just for future reference, how trusted is this "very trusted"?

Regarding this quote from the original post: "Note: If the campaign is full, but you are a very trusted member of the community, feel free to apply."
Sounds pretty obscure to me.I don't understand the co-relation between writing great posts and being very trusted. There could be a case where a member is "very trusted" but writes trash, would he qualify as one of them ? Giving it another point of view,OP probably wants their signature to be carried by respected/trusted members for branding purposes which is understandable.

You must be trusted and have good post quality for me to open a spot. Originally I put

Unfortunately I don't have a definite answer for you. I don't have a fixed number of trust points someone has to have to join under this condition, and it also depends on whether you're known in the community.

I think there might be one free spot for "highly trusted" members (I think the limit used to be 59 and he didn't want to go to 60). However, whether you meet those criteria is probably something I'd question (though it's not up to me it's up to DarkStar_ so good luck)!

P.S I forgot bitcoin's price stayed low until about the halving in 2016 Smiley.

Payments made. (fa4d1e51fb2eae4ee599ceda9a8e98b187a8bbf23ddad122905e42de29483fc0)

I want other peoples' opinions on adding the tor link to the second C on my signature, I can't work out whether it's a good idea? On one hand, people might click it and think the site is down or that it's only an onion site and on the other, it would give a good record of the link and make it a bit easier to access than searching for chipmixer's profile every time?

I'm pretty sure it's always been an onion link on the right half of the signature.

Chipmixer devs should look into porting the website into the new tor format. It's supposedly more secure, more private, faster. The address format is longer so the current one is definitely the classic one. It has been out for a couple of months with no problems that I know of.

I would post this in the ChipMixer ANN thread.

Still, I reckon the C stands out more but I can still just use privacy. Cheers!
Do you mean the C with arrow on the right of the signature? That one links to the .onion site too.

I actually don't think it's a bad idea, at all, for anyone that uses tor. Otherwise, to the average person that clicks on it from a regular browser, it's confusing. My click habits, however, is that I click on the actual text of a link, so in this instance "ChipMixer". I think if you were to specify that the second "C" is a tor link, it would be enough clarification to avoid confusion.

Otherwise, I think the tor link for the word "PRIVACY" is enough, imo.
Ah! There's a tor link on privacy already, I didn't spot that one... Still, I reckon the C stands out more but I can still just use privacy. Cheers!

@LoyceV, so does the "for your" seems I've gone wrong somewhere... DarkStar_ is clearly far ahead of me.

Then you're doing it wrong, as there are currently no open slots.

Dark, are you also making a list of people to avoid completely for future consideration? You know, like the ones who don't know how to follow basic instructions for applying to a sig campaign?

However, there were better candidates than the latest two people you've chosen in my opinion. For example, Roboabhishek and pereira4 have a better posting history than the two guys you've pick, which only post on the meta section and barely talk about bitcoin.... just my observation.

Well this is where it comes down to personal opinion and is completely subjective. In my opinion I don't think Roboabhishek's are better than those two chosen (not a diss against him as his posts are good), and pereira4's are certainly very good and deserved a shortlist place, but only two slots can be filled ultimately. I don't think posting in Meta is bad either and it's one of the allowed boards as per the rules in the op so I think that should be fine.

Great campaign! I wish I had more free time to be active in the forum. I will never be able to enter this campaign due my tight schedule.

Off topic a bit but does my sendable merit get replenished at some point?

No, you receive .5 smerit for every merit you are given. You can always apply to be a merit source in Meta should you want the opportunity to give out more.

Oh I see. I wondered why my sendable amount went up a couple of times randomly. I thought we might have got like an allowance every month or something. Thanks.

Congratulations to those that were chosen. A bit dissapointed about making the shortlist again and coming so close but the competition here is tough which is a good thing. I usually find that most of the people who have something decent to say and who I end up giving merit to have a chipmixer signature and I've nearly run out so you're obviously doing something right.
