This campaign closes on August 15, after running for exactly one month.

As per the Rules, participants won't be paid if they leave before the month ends.
However, I've discussed this with DomingoX6, and we both agree it's fair to pay the participants who leave shortly before the campaign closes, so I've changed the Rules. The maximum number of posts that are paid will be prorated.
I'll make all payments at once, depending on how busy I am around the 16th or 17th of August.

I haven´t been particularly active in the past few weeks, but I intend to post
more regularly in the future.

I noticed that too, and he's no longer accepted. Yesterday, when looking into his account again, I noticed he does "burst posting". I didn't notice that earlier. Either way, it's not what I'm looking for in this campaign.

Does the bump mean that actual, real and active participants are highly required? If so than I'm reapplying, being completely aware of 9merit missing. Please look at your previously accepted member, imo opportunist without real forum engagement, merited as required yet missing for 48hours, did not kept to his promise, did not acknowledge managers request.  If this isn't a good example for merits being meaningless, I don't know what is.

I didn't expect this to need clarification: of course it's about the total Merit you've earned. Why would I reset it after a rank-up? Ranking up through earned Merit is a good thing, and I like good things.

I was in doubt: you've received most Merit for posts I can't read, and have a merit trading accusation against you. You make many English posts, but with some broken English (example: "Users who are new to the Bitcointalk address can learn basic information"; tip: read it again before posting!) on trivial subjects. It's the generic answers that made me reject your application.

For the purpose of this campaign, it doesn't matter what the tag is for. Red tags don't look good on a campaign, and that's why I reject them.
I wanted to give you this explanation before deleting your post.

You have received suspiciously large amounts of Merit for posts that aren't worth it. I don't count that as "earned" Merit. Ending up on exactly enough Merit to become a Full Member an hour before applying doesn't help your case. Rejected.

Rules:
0. Copper Members of any rank can join, as long as they have earned enough Merit and assuming their account can use the Member signature.
1. This campaign is self-moderated to stop signature spam. I will remove all non-qualifying posts. If you quote the entire OP, your entry will be deleted.
2. Only constructive posts will be paid, with a maximum of 60 posts per month. Posts over the maximum can't be rolled over to the next month. I am the final judge to decide what is and what isn't constructive.
3. Each "month" starts on the same day this topic is created. If you join later, the maximum number of posts for your first month will be prorated.
4. There is no minimum length to make a post constructive, but you can expect scrutiny. If you can post a constructive post in 12 words, you don't need to make it longer.
5. There is no minimum number of posts, but if your account becomes inactive, you might be removed.
6. Don't spam. Posts in Spam Megathreads won't be paid, no matter how "constructive" they are.
7. Posting what has already been said in a certain thread is considered spam and won't be paid. Read before posting, let's fight spam together.
8. Burst posting won't be paid. Use the forum as a forum, don't just post on the last day of the week/month.

14. We reserve the right to change this campaign at any moment, and to exclude people if we feel we need to do so.
