I have never played on this casino before, I don't even have an account here since this is actually my very first time of coming across the casino, and to be honest with you, having to wait four days or more for a review from your programmers before my withdrawal request is processed is a very bad experience, and if I was interested in trying out this casino, learning about this flaw means I've lost interest.
How many programmers do you guys have? And how much time does it take them to run a review on an account before they certify it as good? If the review per account takes that much time, then hire more programners if need be, just make sure your customers don't wait (at most) more than a day to have their funds withdrawal request either processed or rejected, what if the customer needed the money for something very urgent?
Played in this casino few deposits and few withdrawals without significant issue, as far as I remember this casino do manual check for all withdrawal (no instant withdrawal).
Waiting for withdrawal is annoying, no doubt about it but nothing we cant do as players except being patient while waiting for it.
It seems that this casino is managed by a team with 2-3 persons only so it may take longer time for such withdrawal review.
I cant really see how much is the withdawal requested by above user, but I dont think it is a big amount so I think it should not take more than 2x24h for reviewing.
