Is Flixxo based on the concept of steemit in a way? Except the part that steemit doesn't have video upload.
No, Steemit is completly different concept. In steemit you get are "mining" coins by posting content.In flixxo you post content and get paid for it by Flixx token which can be either bought or earned by watching advertisements.

it came out to the exchanges at double the price. I was thinking about investing. I have done a lot of research but I could not invest because I could not find the fund. One more project I regret.

The videos will be held on the chain. Or will it only be held on the server and demanded with a chain?
The videos will be on users computers. It will be p2p platform based on BitTorent. It is using blockchain for settlement and distribution of value

Flixxo has already some wonderful partnerships to make this decentralized and successful. This token is to be kept safe at least few months and let the stuff be completed before judging anything. It is nice increase but this is undervalued for the planned features being worked on.

Actually, there are a few reviews that I read that does already compare Flixxo with LBRY, you just need to google them. For me, Flixxo potentially is a little bit easier to use. I like LBRY since I used it for a very long time as beta tester, and the content is very original and quite funny. The free tokens I have earned also have a small value now so that is a bonus. But, LBRY is very slow and problematic, I think based on what I have seen Flixxo is much more smoother, and has a lot of backing now, so they had a short period to catch up but they look good so far. Just hope it does not become a dump token, when it starts getting more exchange listings.

Flixx is already trading on ED and will soon be listed on Gatecoin (probably around December 6th) and Livecoin (around Christmas) as well. The team is still in talks with other exchanges as well.
Of the three exchanges listed above, I think Livecoin is the only one that has a better trading volume, why not approach Bittrex, HitBTC and Binance for listing hope Flixxo will hit Binance as quickly as possible ,Binance have great trade volume , my favorite exchange market
I hope the team can approach these exchanges, it not gonna be easy, there are almost hundreds ico launched nowadays and all of them want to be in the great exchanges, nowadays exchanges won’t accept payment from the team. They pick out which coin/token can bring more benefit and profit to them.
Woo seriously? I do hope the talk will bring something, but I doubt it will be that soon to get listed in to.
It is hard to get list on big exchanges nowadays.

How many tokens are in circulation? I see that 300 million were issued to the crowdsale but did Flixxo sold out?
Total supply at the moment is ~189,151,328 and that is also how many tokens are in circulation. The tokens that the team holds are technically part of the circulation as they can be sold, but they won't be put on the market. These tokens will be stored in their multisig address for all to see.There will be a blog post explaining the supply situation of flixxo more in depth very soon, it will be posted here.
