I've looked through the pages one by one, and couldn't find a single Ratimov's name as a Merit Giver.

Also, when reviewing 100 applications in this thread, I found the following users:

- shasan - 463 Merit (37 Merit for the Hero Member achievement)
- rdbase - 954 Merit (46 Merit for the Legendary achievement)
- GrosWesh - 950 Merit (50 Merit for the Legendary achievement)
- haloxon - 242 Merit (8 Merit for the Sr/.Member achievement)

Recently, I have been trying to allocate 10% of my merit bank to help other users get to the next rank as soon as possible. Last time it was YOSHIE. When enough merit is generated, I will help one of the above users. And while merites are generated for me, other merit sources can help one of them get the next rank, of course on a voluntary basis, I do not call or force anyone to do this.

Congrats again to Ratimov, 10 years on Bitcointalk is a nice achievement. Kind of a long journey... Who knows where this BTC adventure will take us all  ?

When I was applying I wanted to choose a bunch of different numbers but all of them had already been claimed. Didn't really expect a "eh, it'll do" number to be the lucky one but I guess it's fitting for a randomly drawn raffle.
