New projects comes in different forms and they can pass your every strict tests in finding out if they are scam or not, there is no 100% guaranteed on any new projects even if you do deep research on them, they are that sneaky
Well, somehow new projects are still scams and cost a lot of people money even though they've done a lot of research. Be really careful with new projects because they are never safe

get rid of the cheaters in this forum, it is not an easy job for many people to get caught up in endless cheating games,
With so many bounty hunters seemingly lazy to read and view project content, it is as if they are letting con artists hang around, so get in the habit of reading and seeing what projects will deter con artists from wandering around.

It is impossible to stop bounty scam, because no one check your identity and true intentions, when you create an account on bitcointalk. Also if a scam team are smart enough, they will create ANN and Bounty topic and users will find out that they are scammed only when ICO or bounty campaign are already ended.
Yes, scammer is getting smarter than before. And we can only tell if they are a scam when their bounty or ICO is over, which is why we're still stuck with many of the same bullshit projects this year.

Have your own way with how you dealing with bounty projects, build up your own strategy, failure will come and learn from them, you can't be a strong bounty hunter from day one, it's all about gradual process, just like when you want to be a crypto trader

In my opinion, Bounty is one of attractive sections that lead many people know Bitcointalk and also be a usefull playground for people that love cryptocurrency. They both share their information and knowledge and can earn additional income. There are scams everywhere, instead of avoiding it, let's live with it together and learn the way how to control it

No one will stop scam bounties for us, bounty hunters will have to take the risks themselves or better learn more on how to spot good projects with good team that wants to keep their reputations at all cost, for example Oikos team

I think the list you have provided will not help to stop the "scam bounty" and in my opinion the way to stop it is to only see the team behind the project, the company address and see the products on offer
Of course it cant. But it can warn those who keep joining the scam bounty. No one can stop this madness by scammers. Day by day they will just increase and come here with different ways on how to scam. What important here is people are getting aware of the process and instead of joining these scam they will avoid all of them. Its not hard to do a detailed reviewed from one end to another. Its just a matter of perseverance! If you really wanted to earn then dont waste your time on many scam doing 10 bounty cant match a 2 legit one.

Even everything above is followed correctly, still there's no guarantee that project will be good. However, if someone does enough research it's possible to avoid scam project. I am really bored on bounty and given up participating too.

There is absolutely nothing that can guarantee what the outcome of any bounty could be, even when the tasks are limited, with stakes counted promptly, it's still isn't enough of an indication that the bounty would end, but when bounties by certain managers, you can be rest assured that there is a better possibility of it being successful (or at least) pay it's participants.

That is exactly the point. So far as this forum remains a decentralized platform, bounty scams will always exist. The only solution to this bounty is when bounty projects are made to pay bounty hunters in already trading crypto coin like ethereum or Bitcoin with a fixed rate per a particular campaign. If not, bounty scam will always exist here.

Unfortunately, this is becoming a Norm and common practice from project developers. The space needs to be cleanse of this and returned back to the good old days of bounties. They keep shot changing hunters and the worst part is, the hunters simply have no one to speak up for them. Recently, digitalbits XDB did worst to hunters and no one could say anything to them meaning the went away without being held accountable. This is just one of several same issues that have been reported in the industry with no one paying attention.

It cannot be denied, if that is case with the bounty program at this time, sometimes we must follow the bounty program to register on website, sometimes website tha they have is still incomplete. this is also a strange thing and it might also be a project that will end up with fraud

No one can stop scam projects in this market. It always appears in many different ways and forms, we can only avoid them with our own experience and not promote it.

You can stop it but first you have to stop being greedy.

Just start asking them to pay with tokens that are already trading on reputable exchanges.

It's not a problem for the team to invest some real money in their campaigns. They could put in a thousand dollars and buy any coin they partner with that is already trading and use that 1000 as a downpayment. Once the work is done everyone gets $10 in that tradable currency + additional new tokens that can be worth something or nothing, but at least you'll get some money for your work.

If a team doesn't have 1000 dollars for campaigns you can expect them to never achieve anything.

honestly for us as bounty hunters, we can't reduce bounty scams, all we can do is avoid it by making tables for bounty project analysis,
I've seen someone make analysis, but now because bounty isn't like before, it seems like that person has already tired

this is something we always remember and understand as prize hunters. I agree with what you wrote, because I once had a bitter introduction when joining the bounty program in one of the bounty management.

You are always picking the the wrong campaign when you don't investigate which one could be a scam.  The campaign you are with seem like a scam actually.

Many of us had been there already and its frustrating to promote a project but end up noting in return after more than a month of promoting them. Its time to at least try to join a legit one or not promote anything at all if you find nothing is worth.
