Good news from Cryptopia support! We may be able to get the new EQT chain relisted on Cryptopia as early as this weekend!

The block-explorer server has a hardware fault and the faulty item is being replaced by the data center right now. As soon as the swap is done, it will be back up.

Thanks for the update dev. And dont worry yobit takes long time in list a coin but in the end it will be listed.

Its 20 blocks for retargeting not 100mn thats why when hashrate drop suddenly its taking age to mine those 20 high difficulty block before the retargetting could take day if the hashrate dont increase.

ok difficulty at 7.85 are you sure thats 100mn and not 20 block for retargeting ?

But keep in mind that community are hungry of any tiny bit of informations and you are the only one able to distilled it , building trust is what build a good community.
Communication is the key of all succesful project !

Its normal that difficulty is not retargeting down ?
Normally its retargetting to alway keep 5mn between block each 100mn or perhaps its not in minute but in block count ?
Sometime ago difficulty was about 18 for 150mh/h stable but right now difficulty is at 31.41 and is not going down with only 19mh/s taking age to mine a block.

As you may know, running a successful project, or any kind of blockchain project cannot be just a 1-man-show.

I am working with a team of 3 other core developers to build out the EquiTrader platform, as well as working with a couple freelancers to build some trading tools, indicators and bots. Personally, I have almost 10 years of programming experience and some design experience, as well as some experience with IT project management from my day job.

We will also have another 2 members on board in mid May to start working on the social trading engine. It will work somewhat like 1broker, but we're trying to keep things simple.. Will post up a demo in due time, but like I said we're still in very early stages and will share more over time.

I am an avid cryptocurrency trader myself, and am 100% serious about this project as I see a huge opportunity in offering trading tools and social trading services to traders in the cryptocurrency space to give them an edge in this competitive trading environment. At the moment we are in talks with outside investors, as well as potential new members to build up our team and product.

Our purpose for first releasing the token is to build up the community and gather people with a common interest to contribute to this project, be it by contributing resources in mining and/or provide other services such as development work. We have also done so in a fair manner via PoW distribution, as we want to build out real products and provide investors with value, unlike most projects that promise the sky but have 0 product and expect to get millions of dollars in funding.

We launched the project in this manner to show that we are investing our own time and money to pursue building at least the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) version of the platform, before we move on to any form of crowdfunding stage, if any.

They have blocked all trading on the old chain i dont see why they need to wait so much time before delisting it and relisting the new chain , i think they just wait to see if the new chain and development continue in the right direction before relisting a coin at risk for the second time.

Yobit is a pain in the ass to contact without warranty to be listed only if you pay the premium price.

I think you need to make your twitter more alive and perhaps create a slack or telegram group.

Are you going to make the same trading platform that 1broker.com (social shadow trading) ?

We first contacted Yobit on the 15th of April 2017 to list EQT market, and have also paid the due funds required.

However, after sending multiple messages on various channels such as Yobit support, via email, and via Bitcointalk username 'YoBit', we have yet to receive a single response till this day.

I am rather surprised that they are listing many other altcoins, but not even responding to our request at all.


I kindly request that the community play their part to contact YoBit to look into listing EQT. Try opening a support ticket or contact them via other means, and do update us if you receive any feedback from YoBit team.

The old EQT chain will be delisted on Cryptopia sometime in mid May. I think it's likely they will consider relisting us again after.

What's the point to make a coin with so much premine and doing nothing for the development of it ?

yup we need an exchange. I tried to mine this coin but i didnt recieve any pay im not sure if theres a problem with the chain or no.

Can we have some sort of news and possibly an exchange ?
