Guys I know Danny did a lot of work here working out the raw transaction, but rule 1 of raw tx's is you don't do it when you're tired or you dont know what you're doing ( I mean Ecore here, Danny obviously knows what he's doing).

This would be a valid option as well. I don't trust that version of Bitcoin-Qt yet, because I haven't had a chance to review the source code. I've read several posts in bitcointalk.org where people claim to be using it without a problem.

Agreed, I'm a bit nervous trying to talk someone through this process. I'd be a lot more comfortable doing all of it on my own. However, ECore has expressed an interest in doing it themselves, so I'm doing the best I can to help.

Yes. It is a 0 fee transaction. If ECore wants to pay a fee, I'll need to know so we can adjust the transaction.
Since the transaction is less than 10 kilobytes, has no outputs less than 0.01 BTC, and has a priority greater than 57,600,000 it should get relayed, and a miner should pick it up and confirm it within a few hours. No guarantees, but even with a fee there are no guarantees. The priority on this transaction is pretty high (at least 8,539,632,000), so it shouldn't be a problem.

Here's the "createrawtransaction" command:
If you look at it you'll see that it includes all the "txid" and "vout" values from the list I provided in my previous post. It consolidates all of those outputs into a single new 23.19255698 BTC output sent to address 1EEq1NjWtnwoqANZZX2JLCCUY46wFgvfZ8.
That address is where the 15.668832 BTC output was previously sent to your wallet. If you would prefer to send this total to some other address, we just need to replace the 1EEq1NjWtnwoqANZZX2JLCCUY46wFgvfZ8 in the command.
Running the createrawtransaction command above in the Console should result in the following output:
That output is the unsigned raw transaction in byte form.
The next step is to sign the transaction. I can't do that, since I don't have the private keys from your wallet.
You need to issue a command in the wallet of:
Replacing unsigned_raw_transaction_in_byte_form with the actual unsigned raw transaction in byte form above.
If I haven't made a typo anywhere in the createrawtransaction command, then the wallet should respond to the signrawtransaction command with:
Where signed_raw_transaction_in_byte_form is a new signed raw transaction in byte form (a huge list of letters and numbers like the unsigned raw transaction in byte form, only longer).

If you look at it you'll see that it includes all the "txid" and "vout" values from the list I provided in my previous post. It consolidates all of those outputs into a single new 23.19255698 BTC output sent to address 1EEq1NjWtnwoqANZZX2JLCCUY46wFgvfZ8.
That address is where the 15.668832 BTC output was previously sent to your wallet. If you would prefer to send this total to some other address, we just need to replace the 1EEq1NjWtnwoqANZZX2JLCCUY46wFgvfZ8 in the command.
