A smooth win for ENCE yesterday, i'll go for NiP -1.5 @ 1.69 as my next pick, they'll be facing Complexity in the lower bracket as these two teams lost their first game yesterday.

Complexity only got 4 rounds against MIBR which is a bit surprising since they're somewhat in the same level and NiP struggled against BIG as they're missing hampus but should get the job done given Complexity's abysmal performance so far.

ENCE are looking like the favorites to take it all this tournament

I would have guessed ENCE (World rank: #3) from the games I saw they were on top form but the result I see now is a collapse, what happened I missed it I was driving the whole day unfortunately.     I mean the best games are close and this was not close, it was a disaster with best of 5 and 2 out of the 3 maps played being ENCE picks but they fell off the edge of the map, only 3 rounds won on that last map Ancient.   They ran out of battery ?  Did they go drinking or something.
Hard to get inside peoples heads for what occurred, C9 perhaps just had kept their powder dry and counter strat hard.   I would have bet wrong by at least thinking more maps played, lucky escape.   Will have to investigate some, reminds me of an old bet I wiped out on where the game was delayed hours until past midnight & they lost bad as favorites

Today's the start of the DPC Tour 3 Division 1 which leads up to the final major of the season which is the PGL Arlington Major.

I already have my pick posted on the other thread and took it because of pure value as bookies have a bit of trouble evaluating teams with their new players on the first few days and tend to overvalue certain teams due to their performance at the major.
Good luck on this bet. While everyone is on this match, I've just seen the update on the new roster of NaVi. Still got NaVi fans here? I'm not familiar with their pos 3 and pos 4 players. Other than that, pos 1 is Vtune, pos 2 is no one while pos 5 is solo. NaVi still an experienced team with these experienced players and hopefully with their debut match on June 9, they'll showcase themselves against CIS Rejects which they've got a former teammate from Virtus Pro and was also a former NaVi, 9pasha.

@ralle14 Excellent informing those who weren't aware of this tournament starting for DOTA2.

And the oddsmakers have nothing to go with when it comes to new players on a team's roster so they are giving good value, just need to select the ones who you are familiar with and the teams that you follow to make a good decision on your betslip.

Thank you once again for post inregards to this esport!

ENCE are looking like the favorites to take it all this tournament but Cloud9 are looking very dominant in their first matches since rejoining the circuit.

ENCE are up against Furia which is never an easy team to play and Cloud9 is playing against BIG who haven't been a major threat in their league play this entire year.

Completely missed the start of the CS:GO tournament in Dallas as I was away from home for the long weekend and just got back.
Must be the continuation of the IEM from a couple of months ago if I am correct.
Intel Extreme series always seem to have a break inbetween their last tournaments. I would imagine for the big teams to participate in other ones which are running at the same time as this one.

What do you know.
The first matches of the tournament is of Imperial Sportsbet vs Team Liquid:
https://sportsbet.io/sports/event/counter-strike/esl-cs-go/intel-extreme-masters/imperial-e-sports-vs-team-liquid-6295267e0f534f766898d718

They were about even when I noticed them but now the lines are dropping for Liquid.

You can view the rest of the matches being played here:

The first matches of the IEM dallas tournament ended as predicted. They were actually betable matches but I was a little late. Currently, Vitalty- Astralis matches are being played live, the scores are very close on the vertigo map, it is not clear who will win. When I look at the Vitality team, it looks like astralis to me. Vitality team is more like Astralis than Astralis.  Grin

ENCE winning on T side Nuke seems to indicate they take the map so the odds for Mouz are now over 5 to 1 which I think is worth a random low bet on them surprising.   1 map results can be surprising and they both do well on this map.  Snax playing for ENCE Cheesy
Movistars are collapsing vs G2 unfortunately so not much worth of betting anything there, it was only a reasonable bet beforehand.   Movi have done well at times so thats unfortunate but also G2 are greatly improved since previous games I guess is true also.

Unfortunately, T1 couldn't win twice in a row to flip the series in their favor as RNG's drafting game was just one step ahead.

IEM Dallas is about to kick off later today, liking ENCE to win boosted @1.96 vs MOUZ, ENCE is playing with Snax and all games are in a best of one format that's why the odds are this close. I still think ENCE should be a bit favored even if they're missing Spinx.

RNG managed to make it to the final round by winning the series against EG without losing, 3-0. RNG won the first map very comfortably by being superior to their opponent by the first minute already. Even though EG were highly superior to their opponent in the second and third maps, (maybe being excited or maybe lacking experience) they lost these matches. And they said goodbye to the tournament in the semi finals.
The second map was very close though as EG got the better draft and front-to-back 5v5s but RNG was always one step ahead from every other part of the map.

The Grand finals is scheduled later today and i'll go with T1 @1.60 I think T1 has the slight edge but RNG can definitely make it close if they avoid doing the same mistakes during their series with EG.

I placed a bet on T1 to win the first map. Unfortunately, T1 couldn't show the intended impact in team fights and RNG won the first map very comfortably. I decided to place a bet on T1 to win the series which had a 2.75 odd. I hope that T1 can manage to win the cup after having a this much good season.

The MSI semi-finals are scheduled to start today and the series scheduled today is RNG vs EG. There's a big gap between these two teams as RNG only dropped 2 maps during the rumble stage while EG dropped 5 maps. Even if RNG put out one of the best results throughout the tournament I still expect them to drop a map at the very least plus the odds are just oozing value as it's hovering around 2.20 to 2.40 since yesterday.

FaZe is the new champion. Everyone expected Navi to win this major, but FaZe team progressed very concentrated, few people predicted it to win the championship. On the Inferno map, Navi came from behind and caught the draw and lost in overtime. After losing the first map, I didn't expect the Navi to drop this much on the second map. Rain, the best player of the tournament, did a really good job. I'm wondering about the Faze team in the future too, I think they deserve to be the best team.

Was wondering why everybody was shocked by Karrigan's performance as you can see from Ropz in his post match interview:
Ropz: "Karrigan Is Just the Best" | PGL Antwerp 2022 Major Interview
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g6qMaaMXCXI

Pop Flash even dedicated an entire cast to him and being the beast he was in IGL:
Pop Flash: Karrigan = GOAT IGL After NAVI Destruction? | PGL Major Review

Can't wait to see what is up next for Faze in the future.

Last weekend the PGL finals had Faze as the winners over Navi.
This was a clear win and it means their team has finally melded together to make them 2022 champions for their first major of the year.
https://escharts.com/news/faze-clan-lifts-pgl-major-antwerp-trophy

I watch this thrilling match and NaVi seems to lose confidence after they lose game 1 even though they are already 1 map away to secure game 1 and has the economic advantage over Faze. Karrigan keeps outplaying them by taking 2 to 3 players of NaVi at the same time. Game 2 is already a one-sided match since they can't catch up anymore to Faze momentum aggressiveness. S1mple is still good but Faze roster is much better overall against the defending champion. I lose my bet by betting on NaVi but I'm happy to see that NaVi was finally taken down by the new team.
