There's still more time for the new hero to get on the meta but I'm sure that all of them are practicing it already. I'm a fan of LGD and I really think that they're the strongest on their region and is a top contender in world rankings.

But anyway, there's the Gamers Galaxy tournament that has been setup by Galaxy Racer so their two teams are invited on this event together with 8 other teams which is about to start within a few hours.

Oh men thank you forsharing, I’m not aware on this tournament but they surely invite all the hottest team in both EU and SEA. I’m a fan of new Boom esports roster and I’m excited to watch them playing against power house teams. All invited teams are all strong and very hard to predict because of the new patch update. I’m sure we will see good matches and not one sided fight compared on previous Dota tounament especially on CN region.

I wonder why they didn't invite any single team from CN and NA?
You're welcome.

Boom Esports is no doubt a stronger team this time with a better roster players, they're all experienced and they all clicked as a team. And about your question. It's probably because these teams are the prospects and preference of galaxy racer.

It's their tournament and they have the authority to invite and not to invite those teams that they like and dislike. By the way, Boom has already advanced to the upper bracket in the playoffs.

New patch on Dota2 gives a major draw back on some power house team like Psg.LGD. They are already eliminated to 5th - 6th place on th current BTS series CN by RNG and Team Magma even though this 2 team never beat LGD during DPC tournaments before the patch introduced. I believe they are still experimenting there new strategy since there old strats is not suitable anymore on new patch. I can’t to see more techies meta on the upcoming tournament.  Grin
That Broken Techies though!

When it comes to powerhouse team then i do always expect LGD isnt something that could be beaten down but with those recent patches then it do really make out
some heavy effects on overall execution of gameplays which there would be no choice but to adapt and make out some adjustments.
Several heroes skills been changed up too specially on that Rubick aghs 2 ulti spell steal. lol
You mean this? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MtnebO2aBM0
You should also look for Huskar as well on which it does have that berserkers blood granting him now 25% magic resistance and speaking with new hero primal beast is something too OP since it is very tanky and good
damager as well.Good for initiating even though its winning rate is 40%+ as of this moment.

I missed the good old days on Dota 1 when Huskar Aghs can give him almost 100% spell immunity when his life drops on a certain percentage. Primal beast is indeed OP same as Dawn Breaker when it was introduced during pre TI patch. Many teams used it due its global presence and tankiness which is perfect for carry on a early to mid game level. I believe those OP revamped hero like Rubick with 2 ulti spell will be auto ban on every match on the upcoming tournament. Remember how annoying a single hero can copy and use to ulti skill at the same time while enemy is highly dependent on it.  Grin

It's always like that.

Whenever there's a new patch, whoever gets the advantage are those who have understood the weakness and strength of the changes. But wait until the next month or two, these power house teams will go back and regain their strength.

This is why I like every single new patch that comes out. A lot of strategies are coming out freshly while the older ones becomes obsolete and weaker and still a few becomes effective and stays.

Agreed, Some of them are reserving there strategies for majors and DPC tournaments like what happened to Team Spirit and LGD last year. Team Spirit is just better on the last year patch during TI that's they beat the power house LGD that time because LGD already show all there card on the preliminary matches of TI. I believe the new hero will be the current meta on the majors and we might see revamped heroes as carries.

I have high hopes on LGD but I will definitely avoid them on sports betting on matches in low tier tournament. They definitely not giving 100% of there best on there recent matches.

Well...a new patch in DOta2 is always a tricky one and some teams are having difficulties to make good strategies or simply understand the patch notes. I do hope that this patch will bring the new TSM team to life as I really love how this new NA teams plays and also FLY as a strategy , this team has everything.

For some reason i'm liking both LPL favorites but at the same time JDG seems like a trap.

Anyway, i'll go with TOP Esports to win the first map @1.76 they'll be facing BLG today and the reason why I like them over BLG is because of their playstyle which is a bit aggressive while BLG is more on the reactionary side as they shine when teams start to overextend or make careless mistakes. Also, TOP is on a 4 win streak and in all those 4 wins they've won the first map.

Has there been that new DOTA patch? I know it was expected but did not follow the news, as I said super busy week for me.
There was 7.31, it's the primal beast and techies new skills.

The Primal Beast & 7.31 Gameplay Update

This link includes the new techies' abilities: THE 7.31 GAMEPLAY PATCH

I haven't played yet since the new patch update because I've been busy as well but it looks fun. IIRC, there's a pro tier 1 or tier 2 team that has played it on a tournament.

Icelandic CS games Smiley   Their must be promotion or sponsorship going on for that league a bit like Malta maybe, such a small country nice to see & I know some players from there

My usual slant towards 3 map bets as being a good bet didnt work out lately, funny it seems they were determined not to let even 1 map slip in whichever victory.
My long shot multibet was the one which came through covering those other losses and some (4x odds as G2 were underdogs).   I took G2 over Navi but did not expect them to demolish them in just 2 maps.
Faze triumphed again in 2 maps though it went well over 50 rounds on the 2nd map very close, poor G2 they werent bad just Faze were better; very well composed which is not classic Faze usually.

Some talk over the past couple of days about DOTA2 so it must of been the improvement of gameplay due to this patch you have mentioned.
So it seems it has been implement on all servers.

IEM Finals have finally arrived!
FaZE vs G2 Esports.

You have about under an hour to get your bets in for the last match of the tournament to see who takes the cup home.
Here is the link where you can place your bet:

So, semi finals in IEM today, did not watch the teams during the week since I was busy but after checking the stats on HLTV a bit I sort of expect 2 very close games here. My bet is on over 2.5 maps on both just to keep some money riding on eSports. I neglected this part of markets for too long and needed something to make me watch again Smiley

Both my selections were the exact opposite. Should of faded my picks.
VP got slaughtered by G2, Dame was not playing good at all and G2 Jackz was killing it.
Gambit does look to good going against this new FaZe clan team as they are about to drop map 1.

Heard alot of talk about Weibo yesterday so they must of won their match against LNG.
Congratulations if you won.
Thanks  Smiley Weibo manage to edge out a win vs LNG

I like the odds for VP to take it @2.31 so will go with that and then parlay it with a strong Gambit Esports side at 1.58x in this tournament.
I'm thinking the same thing, there's way too much value on VP as underdogs and it felt like the bookies are giving way too much credit on G2's lower bracket run.

IMO VP is the better team even though they fell short on the semi final spot against Heroic they're still performing well than most teams.

Now today sets the stage for those teams who made it to the final brackets of the IEM tournament.
Still have about 4 hours until the Intel Extreme Masters begin with two matches setup for today:
G2 Sports vs Virtus Pro
FaZe vs Gambit Esports

Loving these selections you have for league play, thank you for that!

Do you think you will be betting on the Intel Extreme Masters final bracket matches later in the week for CS:GO?
I'd like to get your advice on these hard to determine a winner matches.
Thanks Cheesy and yup i'm definitely betting on the playoffs but i'm still not confident on what to pick atm however I did mention on the other thread that i'm eyeing the over 2.5 maps as both series seems like a toss-up.

For my daily league pick, i'm taking the risk on Weibo Gaming @1.81 vs LNG, both teams with only 1 loss in their record but the reason why I prefer Weibo over LNG is that they already faced a couple of good teams and were able to beat them except for BLG.

OGA Pit CN is now in play, As usual LGD and RNG is showing a good run while Team Aster has been taken down to lower bracket by team magma in a convincing 2-0 result. Currently RNG is facing Xtreme gaming which is a good team too, but RNG can handle them easily. I don't like watching Chinese Dota anymore if gameplay wise because they have same mentality. I only keep watching them because it's easier to win when betting to them because they have consistent performance.

RNG pos 1 carry "Godking" is a risk taker as hell. He keeps throwing the game 2 that leads them to a comeback lose despite there overall advantage in that particular match. His AM keeps blinking in the inner clash while there's Nix assassin that keeps carapacing and impale him whenever he jump on the clash, He didn't wait for his buy back to cooldown before he take that last team fight and lose the game. RNG should lecture there carry or they will keep losing in all CN DPC points.

Who is currently watching DPC CN 2021/2022 Tour 1: Regional Finals? The 4 teams qualified for the finals is all strong but LGD and RNG outstand the other 2 teams so it will be an easy money if you will bet on them on this tournament because Chinese dotes is always consistent especially if they are facing same country team since they have same play style and thinking. The match between old LGD roster that is now on RNG is very exciting to watch because Ame can finally prove that he is not the reason why they didn't get the TI champ on there twice attempt during OG reign.

I like the development of Ame with his current team mate but RNG team is strong team since they have the 3 original member of strong LGD before. Who do you think will win on this tournament?
The DPC for CN was finished and I thought that RNG will take the crown but they ended the 2nd place. PSG.LGD's roster is really strong and that's why they deserve their run during the last TI and they've won this tournament earning them 250 DPC points.

The whole DPC season tour 1 has ended for most of the regions.

Next will be the DPC season tour 2 which is the qualifier for the major and it will also send 2 teams at the last ranks to division 2.
