Another bo1 coin flip match coming up, really not my favorite but I think Bad News Bears can do better then expected.   Either by over 25 rounds bet or even a win possibly, since the odds are well over 3x nobody seems to agree with that but I also know how polarized the view on teams can become when its actually not that decisive.    BNB went 16-9 vs Liquid I dont see why they couldnt put up more of a fight here, but with bo1 it can also be a white wash on a bad map or simply the team isnt warmed up.
I cant be too confident on just a single map tbh, but also I'll go with Bnb to win on that volatility possibility too.   I'd rather bet this match then EG who supposedly are favourites but also have lost their 'fighting spirit' for some reason, it happens teams stagnate not sure.

Both boombl4 & s1mple are experts in their craft and it will take some new blood to dethrone these players if it can be done.
There have been some players who have shown some promise in the junior leagues.
So with that WePlay! Academy tournament play has started up again recently.
Here are some matches if you want to place a selection on these young guns:

s1mple is the biggest name in my opinion in terms of CS:GO players, his focus, predictions and resolve in the game is top of the line awesome, you don't simply shoot an AWP with no scope just because you're a professional, there's more than it takes to be able to do any of those stuff.

Worlds play ins starts in less than an hour, I took LNG Esports to win @1.74 vs Hanwha Life Esports, both teams improved at the end of the summer season but i'm more impressed with LNG's performance since they're able to take down a couple of good teams.

I'm also eyeing UOL later, I like to see how well they'd perform against some teams since I don't think they should be underdogs heading into this tournament.

Edit : Sweaty mid game but LNG pulls out the W in the end.  Cheesy

Navi winning the Blast series was not surprising.
It seems they have worked out their in-team issues and are a cohesive group with those adjustments.

Next is the Intel Extreme masters which just got started with the big name teams taking on some of the smaller teams in 1 map play today.
Odds are nearly an even 1.01x.

There was a major update to cs go about a week ago which made changes to dust2.
You can read on the changes here:
https://www.sportskeeda.com/esports/news-cs-go-operation-riptide-update-patch-notes-dust-2-map-changes-new-skins-missions-gameplay-additions
There hasn't been one since 2016 made on any of the maps that I can recall.

Boombl4 was really confident in that Blast series, as their IGL, his impact in the game is really huge, and let's not forget about S1mple just really being the goat in that major, he deserved that, the whole NaVi to be honest.

Valve really needs to make updates and fixes, with Riot's Valorant slowly taking over EU, I really think they need to step it up, or else more and more pros are going to switch, I really love CS:GO but they really need to start doing more, fixing more maps, or doing promotions by releasing a new operation, their last operation was the broken fang and they made a lot that time, I guess they need to be more active just like how Riot is doing, I know that CSGO has been out for almost 10 years and have made heaps of changes, but if they continue to be this passive, they'll lose more players, this is just my own opinion though and how CS is going on in my area.

Just as expected Complexity won their match and with a 2:0 paying at odds of 4.20x.
Had this one but another match ruined the betslip. This match was sort of revenge for a former player of Faze clan joining on to there roster and making his debt for this one.

They look to be the favorites in this tournament having added Colderza but suffered a loss to Navi yesterday.

For the Blast Premier matches later on today here are my selections:
There is Navi Vincere up against OG.
I think Navi will take it in 2 maps shutting out a poor performing OG squad.
The odds aren't that juicy for the 2:0/-1.5 handicap for Navi so I went with them taking 1st map @1.47x
Next there is Faze Clan vs Complexity.
Last time I took Faze clan to win they disappointed with a demolishing dropping both maps without any opposition.
So I have Complexity gaming to win @1.98x but I would imagine the odds will get better for this match as the day progresses until the start of the round.

Just noticed while Evil geniuses were playing a match this weekend they had the bitcasino.io logo on their team jersey.
That certainly is huge news for both on inking this major deal with a professional counter strike squad. Cool

Looks like the blast premier is heating up.

@ralle14 Congrats on the G2 map 1 win. I checked the score and it was 13-3 score it was a deceive win for the G2 team.
Thanks Cheesy they had a solid performance from start to finish and I honestly wasn't expecting Sentinels to go down that hard.

Later I got this csgo ticket ready to go, odds aren't that great on the side of Liquid but they should handle things smoothly against EG.

Not sure if you guys saw this announcement already but i'd like to share it again since we rarely see these kind partnership.  Cheesy

Make sure to check out their twitter as well since they currently have a giveaway.

Been watching Valorant too? Looks like it getting more popular as these tournaments go on. With over 21k watching the Berlin Masters today.
Their stream on youtube is streamline and their venue looks very nice:

Do you happen to be watching VCT masters Berlin (Valorant) right now? I'm betting with sportsbet.io, and I've mentioned in other eSports threads that SEN will undoubtedly dominate the group stage. SEN vs G2 recently had nearly 800,000 peak viewers, a typical G2 marketing strategy but SEN win. I hope that the number of people betting on Valorant grows because they are still comparing it to CS:GO, but if we look at the statistics, Valorant is making a name for itself in eSports and is on its way to becoming as popular as LoL and Dota 2 tournaments.
Markets can be seen here. Thanks to finaleshot2016 for the question of it's availability:

Testing out my luck on an underdog today and go with G2 map 1 @3.26 vs Sentinels, I think there's a lot of value on this one knowing G2 will have the first pick this time around and in their last meeting they manage to pull out a map pick win on Icebox. And in this series I don't think it'll be any different given that these two kept things close and handled F4Q with ease. Sentinels have the edge on this matchup but G2 should have no issues securing their own map pick at the very least.

Have a few teams in the Intel Extreme Masters going on today so you might want to check out the tournament which has all the professional teams in there:
https://sportsbet.io/sports/counter-strike/esl-cs-go/intel-extreme-masters/matches

Fnatic is my favorite to win it and they are currently playing Sinners esports leading a map in their series.

In terms of the region, I agree Mad lions looked clean with their team fight execution and the other top teams are somewhat underperforming recently. It'll be nice to see if they could do the same against stronger teams and improve once more.
All these European teams stand no chance against those Chinese teams with due respect to European players. They play at a very high pace and when they meet these slower teams at the Worlds, they just win without having to do much. Mad lions as said above, have a very good team and maybe work together well but there is just no chance against those early fighting teams in the Chinese region.

I can't imagine what destruction a player like The Shy playing against someone like Armut will cause. I'll be interesting but I am sure once again a Chinese team will be crowned the winner or maybe Damwon Gaming can dominate as they did.

I'm not too confident with my CSGO predictions today and was planning to skip betting but good thing we still have some good Dota matches scheduled for today. With that said i'll take [email protected] they currently have a stand in but still putting up a solid performance. Their playstyle reminds me of OG when they had 33 standing in as their mid laner.

Actually, I feel hesitant for some reason but Mad Lions have the best team synergy among all the other teams I have seen in the world. I watch LPL, LCK, LEC and LCS but I fail to find a team with such synergy.

Mad lions did it for the summer championships with a dominating performance.
Way to go and a deserving win for the back to back titles.
You did get them at great looking odds for a sure to win finals. So congratulations to you ralle14.
Actually, I feel hesitant for some reason but Mad Lions have the best team synergy among all the other teams I have seen in the world. I watch LPL, LCK, LEC and LCS but I fail to find a team with such synergy.

You take DWG for example, the most dominant team right now. They have the highest skilled players in the world but even they don't have the synergy as Mad Lions because you will see Khan outplaying the enemy top laner or Showmaker going 1v5.

I think the closest any team comes in terms of teamwork as compared to Mad Lions, is actually FPX from the Chinese region.

I still remember the game between Mad Lions and Fnatic where Fnc had a 10-15k lead and yet Mad almost made a comeback and if not for Upset's heroics (player), the game would have been among the biggest comebacks.

Does it mean that the tournament will be held through LAN game? I think that's much better since some of the teams have problem with connection and maybe some delays which might affect the performance of the teams. I'd love to place bet on CSGO and Dota 2, I played the game myself and it's entertaining to watch the live stream match.

Earlier I was able to snag Fnatic at a decent odds, now it's already down 1.40 (tbh i'd still take them here). With the current standings Fnatic can't afford to lose this final match against EG, there's a possibility that EG goes all out here to avoid getting swept but i'm more confident in Fnatic. Aside from this they have to rely on BIG to take down mousesports if they want to come out on top of the three way tiebreaker. Crazy how all five teams still have a chance to qualify.

Valorant is surely welcome to be discussed here.
Only just found out you can bet on it after creating the thread and you can only fit so much in the title as there is a character limit. Wink

As per your question, Valorant Masters Berlin tournament begins on September 10 up until the 19th as mentioned in the link below:
https://www.vlr.gg/event/466/valorant-champions-tour-stage-3-masters-berlin
Usually the events are available on the platform a week before hand so you can check back to see if they are available then.
Wow, didn't expect a game that's not even 2 years old yet to have a big tournament being hosted already, I guess they really outdid themselves in selling their games to the traditional CS and FPS players. I think Tenz is the biggest player in the league right now.
