OG bullying Nigma on the first games of WEU DPC is something very typical of OG. It's something that I expect on online matches for NGX too, considering that they don't really play their typical game on online events. Good thing I skipped Nigma yesterday even though I was still amazed with how well Miracle played Invoker on Gamer's Galaxy LAN tournament. This games he doesn't perform quite to my liking, but bearing in mind that these games are just the start for NGX.

I already feel that unde dog team will gonna have an advantage on online tournaments especially OG and Secret because they already prepared during the Gamer Galaxy tournament. I was surprised that my lucky pick was right especially on Team Secret against Liquid since Secret adjust Sumail role to pos1 and switch to Nisha on this tournament. I'm following Sumail pub games and I was surprised that they really do it on actual tournament.

Its very hard to bet on group stage because the team is still adjusting but I'm very happy on my bet result yesterday.

Didn't even expect Sumail to do the drafting. He even admitted on the interview that his draft were inspired by BOOM on the last stages of Gamers Galaxy, but not 100% copying it. Also in Sumails pub games, he still goes for the midlane most of the time that's why it's quite surprising why he opted to go for pos 1 instead of mid. Nisha is also performing really good in the midlane, but his rotations are not really that well compared to when Sumail takes the midlane, but he's getting there.

Never underestimate a Brazilian team, not 100% why but they have CS in their blood maybe.   Even when they have been bad somehow they can surprise though I dont know this is true of Furia right now.
I went with Faze and Vitality for a multibet and I think I went with 3 maps for the VP now orgless team match.   I think that match might be the one I try to watch as most interesting.

Also liking Tundra -1.5 vs Entity, not sure how well Entity would go against Tundra but i'm expecting a sweep since they looked good during the Gamers Galaxy tournament.
i'm going with this. Entity are one of the best tier 2.5 teams, but the Tundra handicap at 1.9 was very tempting.

anyone watching ESL Pro League today? it's time for the Group B games. I'm looking forward to FURIA v Outsiders (Virtus.Pro). The brazilians record against VP this year is dreadful: 0-3 and zero maps won... still, i'll be rooting for Furia, i wanna see this team back in the top 10 rankings

I went for KT Rolster @1.56 they'll be going against Nongshim Redforce, the only reason why I like KT in this position is that they showed some signs of life, and even though Nongshim have one solid roster that should've qualified for playoffs as well but they got hit with Covid and losses came on piling.

I'm not a fan of the team but I know the capacity of vtfaded as he's been with Chinese Teams which honed him very well to be wherever he is right now. Too bad that he was screwed.

But about these selling of games or 322.

This should really be stopped for most of the players, aspiring ones and as well as the pro ones. They shouldn't waste the opportunity that was given to them.

Yeah, As far as I know, he was a former member of ehome which is a powerhouse team in Chinese Region. There’s a lot of players involved on the recent ban announcements and most of them is Chinese players. Most of them has a lot of talent to be on top team and earn a better salary if they focus on it. I think only the language barrier stop them from being acquired by international team. Team Orca gives me a huge last BTS pro series and I will really miss all there cool comeback games.
The involved folks are likely the next generation and aspiring superstars but too bad, they have to fall this early because of their bad activity.

I know that many of them can communicate in English despite of being pure and local, still, there are players like iceiceice, kpii and others, maybe ana too that even they're Chinese, they're also good in speaking English.

Nigma lost twice against OG and on top of that, They picked Invoker for Miracle. Lost my bet though, I was kinda expecting both teams to take 1 game each but honestly Nigma to lose both game even when they got Invoker lol. Kinda had my hopes up when I watch the game but OG with their complete roster plays like a different beast compared to when they were in Gamers Galaxy
Yeah, it's like a retrieving match for both teams. Although the fact that has been said that whenever the tournament is LAN, their plays are changing.
This time, it's online but it's still an important tournament since it's DPC points that they're trying to fight for. Anyway, good start for Team Secret and OG for winning straight 2 wins.

Tomorrow is the opening game for the first week of WEU DPC and we will have two big games for it

Liquid vs Secret
OG vs Nigma

Some facts on this, Liquid was the winner of the previous DPC and Secret was kinda bad throughout the last LAN tournament in Gamers Galaxy. As for Og and Nigma, Nigma won 2-0 against OG on Gamers Galaxy but yeah Nigma is just a beast on LAN tournament so this time it could be different though

And the roles have reversed. Secret swoop Liquid on the opening game of the WEU DPC tour 2 and they did it with style, especially the second game. They are not picking the meta heroes of this patch but they still know how to control the pace of the game very well. I must admit though, Liquid enchantress on the first game might have given Secret the idea to pick it on their second game. The hero is still a griefer in the lane and is still an effective roaming 5 if a self-sustaining carry is picked.

No doubt with that for Nigma. Although there would really be the times that they're kind of offset when it comes to LAN tournaments but we can see how consistent they are despite how good the teams that are being matched to them. Two teams got in through qualification from Division 2. Team Brame and Entity. I'll watch out for the games of Brame too, this just made me remember the old team of Ad Finem.

This is a big news again, these players never learn from the mistake of other players in the past. What are they thinking for being involved into a match fixing?
Yup, it sucks to see them go down just like that since some of these guys have the potential to beat the other top teams when paired with a good team.
There's a post/tweet of vtfaded that denies the allegation and he's not aware of what was done by his teammates. And he's willing to investigate and cooperate with the said accusation.
Maybe, he's not really into it and just also a victim. But we will know if Valve is going to hear him out, hear his appeal from the accusation that has been done to Team Orca.

It’s impossible to become a mistake, Valve detects there shady activities through there IP since they are playing separately and not in Bootcamp which Valves detected that they are using the other team account to compete on the much lower division and dominates it. VTfaded has a record for this kind of illegal activity so I’m sure that he is just saving his ass to still and condemn his team mates to still play in different tournaments.
Well, whether he's lying or not. The decision has been made and it's up on Valve if they'll forgive him or not but much expected that he's going to suffer the consequences of his actions.
Totally wasted and there's no way to redeem himself if it's Valve that has made a decision. Too many talented players have been wasted because of this ban from Valve and they have never been careful with their actions as it is their career that has been at stake.

Dota2 News: Team Orca(SEA BTS pro champion) has been disqualified by valve forever due to alleged match fixing and playing with two team owned by Team Orca.
this sucks  Undecided  i was looking forward to maybe seeing them in a tier 1 tournament soon. Devastating blow for people in malaysia, i'm sure some dota fans over there thought Team Orca with vtfαded and the rest were going to be next big thing. But I guess winning two tournaments in one weekend was simply too obvious of a 322

anyhow, DPC WEU div2 starts tomorrow... rooting for Alliance here, but i'm not getting my hopes up, they've been playing really bad lately

For a G2-NIP match, NIP might be a good choice. They have a good series of 4 matches and they can continue it.
Good thing I skipped this one as NiP already secured the first place spot and as expected it went in the way of G2 even though they have nothing to play for it's still better for them to end on a good note
