For Gamers Galaxy, I will go for NGX over OG. OG won their last match against NGX, but since then this team already found their tempo on the early games for Gamers Galaxy despite having some setbacks and misplays on a few of their matches. Also, NGX beat Tundra to a 2-1 score, which is a relatively stronger team than OG right now in terms of current performance.

For Tundra and BOOM, I'd pick BOOM since their drafts and their early rotations are extremely effective on countering the enemy midlane's rotations. We know that Tundra also relies heavily on Nine's rotations to offlane and take tier 1 towers, and it will matter if they pressure Nine early on in the game to not get early level 6 and do rotations.

Do you know why T1 is not invited on this invitational tournament even though they are the top 1 team in SEA?
I'm guessing they got invited then turned it down, they probably just want to focus on the next DPC tournament and avoid getting exhausted since they're also participating in the BTS tournament.

V5 vs JDG is about to start within an hour and i'll go with V5 -1.5 @1.98, not much to say when this team recently 2-0'd some of the best teams like EDG and LNG. With a weaker opposition, I don't think their form can be stopped.

It's not a surprise for me with Boom esports. They're the best team in SEA and they've just shown that they're not just for the SEA but also for other regions.
All of the games of Boom esports yesterday were looking easy for them. While the other teams, they're all struggling to get those wins that they've taken from those tier 1 teams they've beaten. Whilst for Tundra, it's the surprise for me. I thought that they'll take time before they get enough for their new roster change but it seems good for the team and managed to get on track quickly.

The next match with BOOM and Tundra will be an interesting one. Both teams have a good start on this event and their new roster seems to have found the synergy that most teams are currently lacking right now. IMO, most games will be decided by the early rotations of the 4 support. Both Saksa and Tims are gods on their respective roles, and whoever catches the tempo on early game will have a better chance in winning the game.
Yeah, it's like the best of the group stages are going to have a match. Hands down to saksa and tims, they really are one of the best position 4's in the world.
I'm for Boom Esports on this match. Not expecting a lot from them but they've really adjusted well. Tundra is strong and has a different play style but I think that Boom is adaptable to whomever they're playing with.
As the group stages has ended, Tundra got a lose from Nigma.

Todays match and onwards will be a deciding factor for Boom to show how strong they are when facing much stronger opponents. Tundra and Nigma is much stronger in OG and Secret in terms of experience in drafting and gameplay. Boom just outdraft OG and Secret on there match and both teams has the worst team work so far due to there newly built roster. I will still include Boom in my parlay today. I will go for Nigma and Boom match winner for my parlay. Hope they will continue there performance until the finals.

The Russian team upset is to do with sanctions and inability to involve any Russian organization in revenues.  The players themselves can make some attempt to play outside of the Russian organizations but I presume none will be able to move quick enough to be on another legitimate team & gain the visas to travel etc.  Navi itself is a Ukraine org (their founder is currently fighting vs the invasion) so can continue without any change to their lineup which includes Russians.    Its mostly about all the money that flows back to Putin, nobody wants to be part of that while Russia remains a threat to peace in Europe which seems fair enough.
Even if they're attempted to play for other teams. There's a chance that they'll be stopped joining a new team because of their nationality. It's an issue these days almost all of them are being looked as part of the invasion even though they are innocent and not part of it.

I hope that the community in esports will take a look at this part that they shouldn't impose sanction for those innocent esports athletes that does nothing but just to pursue their passion for gaming. They shouldn't be deprived of the opportunity that they have right now. It is understandable of the current situation why they're being hot in different areas but maybe a reconsideration will do.

ence-vs-entropiq I think both are challenged, 3 maps is my best bet and ENCE took a map from Astralis so I would guess its their game to lose.

fnatic-vs-illuminar  I might try to multi bet the favorites here rather then bet 2 maps for either

Surprisingly, Tundra and Boom Esports is dominating the gamers Galaxy, OG can't handle Boom Esports which showing a very fast phase game that OG can't react anymore. OG seems strong when they are facing Secret and Nigma SEA but they beaten badly by Boom in every aspect of the game such as vision, gank and gpm.

There's many questionable play and bad decision making that they made like ATF Midas for nothing, lack of wards and support positioning. There new pos5 wisp seems don't know what he is doing, He can't even save there carry because he was always get caught first due to his bad positioning.
With the new roster of OG then im not really that surprised unless if we do talk about those former team members then it would be a different story but this one is composed of new ones
which i could say that they would be needing that team synchronization which is clearly or obviously they've been dominated by Boom and its true that they do lack up with vision
which is a very crucial thing for map control and ganking up opponent which they should really be putting some important to it.

After qualifying in OCEANIA, PUBG APAC is looking forward to the APAC to SEA tournament this summer. We are hoping that new teams will join us for this prestigious event in the coming months. Because the top teams have begun practicing their rotation, and because those professional players are going to live now, I believe it is because they have completed their break time. So I'm not sure what will happen with the EU team now, especially since there are still contenders for the top spot, and there have been no updates from them thus far.

I'm still looking forward if they will continue to maintain this performance once they faced other teams on different bracket like Tundra, TS and Nigma. OG and Secret is currently struggling so I'm not really convinced if they can beat other top tier teams.

This is actually what I'm thinking, OG and Secret still don't get a good team work on there new roster which made Boom too OP during there match. Boom E-sports is new set of roster too but most there players are already playing together in SEA Pubs before they team up together. They just beat by T1 on the SEA tournament last time due to some misplay plus the fact that T1 is currently stronger before since they replaced 23Savage by Gabbi as carry. They are now showing a consistent match.

Do you know why T1 is not invited on this invitational tournament even though they are the top 1 team in SEA?

Currently, the Boom team complexity gives a very good outcome I didn't expect that the boom esports will become one of the top tier teams today because before it's just like they are in the third top team here SEA mostly the team conquer is the TNC, FNATIC and now recently the team created by the former OG, and EG member which is Fly we didn't Expect that he will get traded by Gabbi Dota2 imagine 23Savage swap to Gabbi carry of TNC.

Cant blame out if VP didnt really made out some adjustments just for the sake of that. They do much prefer on standing still on being a Russian rather than showing off some sympathy just because theyve been told to
do so which it is somewhat that forcing them out but still its good that they've been given a choice rather than on kicking them directly without questions asked. As for Team Spirit without mira then its a total
different gameplay and not really the same on that TI champion team execution kind of plays that we've seen in the past.
They have to stand on their choice and with what's happening in Russia might also punish them for doing so. They have nothing to lose if they'll stand on their choice or else as they go home back to Russia, there might be a bigger punishment waiting for them if they've followed what the organizers like to address for their statement. Thus, this is just an invitational and there's no DPC on it so they can spare the tournament and go head back to their base.

Just in, Virtus.Pro is threatened to be out of the gamer's galaxy since we know that VP is a Russian team and there's a war between Russia and Ukraine. Majority has given their compassion to Ukraine and has put sanctions to almost every sporting event for Russia and kicked them out.
Official Twitter of VP: https://twitter.com/virtuspro/status/1498715741478166532

This is a bit misleading. VP was asked to make a statement regarding the war and that they sympatize with Ukraine but they choose not to then they were given the options of letting their players play without the jersey because their jersey reflected Russian but they dont want to do that as well so it was their own fault for being disqualified in the first place

Anyway we had great game at the Gamers Galaxy and Team Spirit wasnt really dominating there, kinda surprising tbh
Yeah, they chose not to symphatize and now, they're out of the gamer's galaxy. And there's now a call from Ukraine to don't allow most of the Russian teams, organizations and players to any tournament for esports and the same goes for Belarusian players and organizations.
I'm not expecting a lot from Team Spirit on this tournament since there's no mira. Although rodjer is a good player but the team plays are going to be different if it's with mira.

VP doesn't really have a choice at all. They are owned by a Russian and if they say or do anything against what Putin is doing they will be arrested, and probably 'disappear'. It's sad that even eSports is affected by this, and there's really not much we can do about it. For now, any sporting events that Russians participate in will probably have an eerie atmosphere wherein they would need to explain their stance on the current invasion, and IMO that is not a good experience at all.

As for the event, I'm kinda rooting for NGX.SEA but it'll be a tough match to find their place in.

I've updated the Calendar in the OP!

Hearthstone, PUBG, Valorant, AoE4, Valorant, etc, etc... tons of stuff for everyone. I forgot to include the Call of Duty League Major, but this one also starts this month. Btw, if anyone's interested in placing tickets in AoE4, bookmaker Pinnacle is one of the few sites offering lines for the next N4C tournament, all in on TheViper  Grin

on a different note, TSM are out of Gamers Galaxy after finishing 0-3, the TSM hype died really quick heh! and Team Secret are not off the hook with 0-2 recird, but NGX.SEA are having a terrible early game against Secret, i think i just saw a team wipe or was it just four NGX players dying, not sure

we could see something in the CSGO pro scene https://www.hltv.org/news/33359/blast-pledges-not-to-invite-russia-based-teams-in-foreseeable-future
