That fight was epic, I have never seen all 10 players getting killed and then buying back in the same fight.
That match of PSG.LGD and T1 is totally hype! It's like a grand finals match but T1 just lost at the third game and they're now at the lower bracket going to have a match with Alliance. I think that T1 can defeat Alliance on their match just a few hours from now and if ever they win, they're going to face either EG or VG. These teams are both strong and I think that they'll find it hard to go against with any of them but, I wish them good luck later on their do or die match.

After game 2 their odds hovered around as high as 1.22

Thats kinda on the smaller side but I guess we wont really get decent odds from any of the PSG.LGD games huh, quite expected from the heavy favourite to win. Tough luck for T1 there although they managed to take game 2 but I honestly thought that match would went down as 2-0 because PSG.LGD won almost all games in the group stage with 2-0 as well, that kinda showed how good they are.

Anyway we will have two upper bracket and two lower bracket games tomorrow. All teams are pretty even against each another apart from T1 that seems to be listed as favourites to win against Alliance according to the odds

Two weeks before the Major, Bubzkji left the team and Dupreeh returned to the team for the Major. A very important change in the Astralis team before the Major. Without Device, I still think their chances in this major are very difficult. There are much, much better teams than astralis right now. Lucky is a very young player I guess it will be his first major experience I'm not sure?

That fight was epic, I have never seen all 10 players getting killed and then buying back in the same fight. In the end you got your +1.5 maps on T1 and PSG.LGD took the decider easy. What was the odds on PSG winning decider before drafts? I wanted to play it for high stake but got held up in a meeting and came back when the odds already dropped to 1.1.
Same, first time seeing that type of engagement since it's usually just the cores or the support having enough for the buybacks.

After game 2 their odds hovered around as high as 1.22 I immediately took that and combined it with Team Spirit later against Fnatic.  Cheesy

Not that exciting if you look at the odds though. It seems PSG.LGD has really the upper hand in this match. Your $100 bet on LGD will only give you $11 if they win. But this is exciting if you are rooting for T1. Your $100 bet for T1 will become $560. T1 is really an underdog in this match. They are up against one of the potential TI champions this year. Lucky for T1 though because they were able to make it to the top bracket. Losing this time does not mean they're already eliminated.
That's why bookies offer map handicaps, already took T1 [email protected] in this match up since there's a decent value in the handicap knowing 3/4 of their previous h2h went 2-1 in favor of PSG LGD.

I just think it'll go to all three maps after seeing IG quickly drop a map against Team Spirit yesterday.

Edit : Holy cow, what a game 2 these late game fights are so insane both teams going all in and expending all of their buybacks at one point.

anyone else enjoying Worlds? no major surprises so far, although Mad Lions beating Gen.G was a bit odd

let's see if i can hit some wins

DK looked a bit shaky against Rogue yesterday, it was almost winnable for Rogue thx to Hans sama, almost... hopefully DK won't play around much today and get this over with quickly

superb value. We're in the Main Stage so we can't really underestimate any team now. I already placed a couple of tickets earlier, but i'm tempted to go for Quincy Crew +1-5 x1.9...no crazy value like T1 but maybe worth it? will wait for the drafts to see what both teams have prepared for this stage...so far, OG strats haven't worked out, although they faced Secret, so  Roll Eyes (game 2 was so hard to watch)

Secret is doing it! 1-0 against 2xTI winners OG and to be honest Secret is on another level this year as they're still hiding the top strategy for more than 4 months. What this means ? It means that no one saw them playing for more than 4 months before TI so everyone is kinda in the mist of they should play against them. We saw in game 1 that OG had good picks but once again 2 picks like AA and Ember made the game to switch in their favor with just 1 fight and from them AA had free ults ...puppey is a mastermind.
Secret's drafts with just those casual line ups but it did turns out to be very effective against OG and that 2nd game was completely a stomp and they had dominated that game which it seems that they arent fighting the
2x champion team on this international but some people do say that it was intentional for them to go in lower bracket? I dont think so.

I wasnt expecting too that EG will beat up Elephant in lower bracket and also Fnatic had beat down Undying too. There are lots of unexpected events that i havent really presumed to happen.

I was eyeing in tomorrows match which LGD vs T1 which is really very exciting.

That's a good backlog looking at their past matches and Team Secret is more dominant but it's always about the stats and backlog but about the achievements. OG took already 2 TI and this is likely to be their 3rd but we'll see if they'll win against Team Secret.

This team has also a lot of achievements but they're also known for having a not good run every TI. But maybe the curse is gone and one tier 1 team, EG is on the lower bracket, too bad for them.

yeah it seems that in the last few years secret has always been dominant in minor tournaments. not a major tournament like this TI  Grin . but this time no one knows, Yea group stage A is indeed quite tight for the 4thpositions for , only 1 point difference  Cheesy
And there it goes, Team Secret sweep OG and sent them to the lower bracket and let's see if Team Secret is going to continue with just a few more wins at the upper bracket.

I don't think that there's something that they've hidden as their strategy. Their picks are like typical picks that we see most of the time and there's nothing really new with it. But anyway, they've won 2-0.

I knew I waited for The International for a good reason. I was a bit afraid of putting big money on BO1 games but in the end I had perfect score Smiley

Also got correct Spirit +1.5 in the morning and only one to ruin perfect day was OG. I had over 2.5 in their game against Secret.
Looking forward to the games tomorrow. PSG.LGD should have an easy time and I am probably playing over 2.5 in Virtus.pro game. Later on, probably taking OG -1.5.

Mad Lions looked horrendous while Team Liquid execution was clean. Also didn't like that Jarvan pick from Mad lions it felt like the champion barely had any impact.

Moving back to TI, locked my picks on OG and IG @2.01 even though Secret did great in the group stages i'm still having some doubts since they lost against teams that should've been the other way around. For IG i'm just expecting a beatdown since they looked solid plus their group is more stacked.

We're now in the main event.

Team Secret is on the upper bracket and their first opponent is none other than the TI defending champions, OG. While the good and great contender for this year's championship, PSG.LGD will be having their match against T1.

Those that are at the upper bracket have a quicker way to the finals but they also have a chance at the lower bracket once they're out of the upper bracket.

Yeah upper bracket only need 3 wins to go final while lower bracket need 6 win to go final . and on the first day of the main event, there was a big match against secret against OG. Surely many are waiting for this match. and from head to head statistic, Team Secret is more dominant than OG . because of their playstyle we will see .

Overall, the statistics are impressive.

Basically, Team Secret is good at this current meta; I really enjoy how they play right now, and let's not forget that OG has been adjusting since two of their prior players, Ana and Jerax, retired from Dota pro. They still have a chance to win the tournament because they won the Western Europe league. Well, it's a coin flip, 50-50 for me, and I'm not sure who will win later.

I've went with Hanwha Life Esports and Mad Lions @2.13, taking advantage of that roster news plus Hanwha Life looked solid in the play ins.
GL! i have a feeling FNC are gonna get a ticket to the airport very, very soon. sad times

anyhow, LCK 2 - 0 LPL so far with DK and Gen.G absolutely stomping FPX and LNG (Gen.g win @2 odds against a team that qualified through the play-in, dumb bookies drunk af lol  )

I haven't been following Team Liquid but I prefer Mad Lions since they're the more stable team as they're able to produce consistent results this season.

Looks like people got baited again by the scrim results after that dominating game from Damwon.
