I've seen a lot of Esports game like CSGO, DOTA 2 and LOL but based on the sports betting website on where I play there is such thing as other games like Mortal Combat and other typical type of games I was just curious does some people place bet on this kind of games or only in the major games like Counter Strike, Dota 2, League of Legends only?
First thing, I hope while you are promoting a scam for a few bucks, you don't actually use that website.

Secondly, I think most people bet on LOL, DOTA2, CSGO and now days Valorant and Rocket League. It all comes down to how events are being organized as well. If there is a proper structure for leagues and tournaments to take place, the bookmakers will provide odds with confidence and even accept good amounts on mediocre events.

I bet a lot on DOTA2 and so many new teams are coming up now days while earlier it was all about OG, Alliance, Team secret, etc.

Sad reality but its the best for fair distribution for each region. America region teams are the most beneficial on this system because there's only few strong teams playing on there qualifiers. EU suffers the most because most of the power house teams are from there unlike before that there's a direct invite for team that shows strong performance and crowd favorite on tournaments before TI. I hope they can introduce again direct invite or increase the TI wild card winners.

is there a wild card in TI 10? Looks like the system has changed a lot, doesn't it? and also this year the total prize has also doubled? ( accumulation from battle pass sales 2020 ) and if im not wrong TI 10 should be done last year but because of the pandemic. CMIIW

There's no wild card round but there's a Regional Qualifier which 10 teams that accumulated highest DPC points on each region excluding the TI10 participants will fight then the winner will go to the TI10 despite the lack of required DPC points just like what OG did. It's some sort of wild card match too but per region. This new DPC points is totally not good for region with a lot of power house team.

This TI10 is very exciting because there's a lot of solid team and crazy strategy compared to the previous TI.

i wonder how Heroic will perform in the Pro league qualifiers with all the stuff that's been happening lately..might be a good idea not to put Heroic in any bet slips

it could be a good idea, however, to place a bet on the last day of esl pro league - group stage...but look at those odds, 1.1 and 1.2 for all the favs, we could see three quick 2-0's today
I also wanted to place a bet but it's crazy how the odds have been like that since the start of their group so I shifted my interests on league.  Grin

On the bright side the playoffs starts in a few days and hopefully we'll get some decent odds.

There's no wildcard this TI, I remember they removed it for good and introduced the new DPC system.

Wow Team Liquid win strong yesterday first and second map
and Gambit win vs Entropiq the first map the had some trouble butt on the second map they play better and win too.
Ninjas in pyjamas vs Furia Esports lool NIP lost first map furia win close, on the second map NiP win so close, and the third map Furia win strong.

Yeah Liquid were good but well opponents were Team One so not someone I would call a real test.

NIP losing that match has put them in bit bad situation as next up against them are Gambit and Gambit are wiping everyone out. It's a very hard task for NIP but not impossible. As for Furia they are up against Team Liquid and compared to Nip Gambit , this is bit easy for Furia as compared to NIP's game. Both matches are important for NIP and Furia so we have a very good matches coming up today in coming hours.

New month, new tournaments! I've updated the Calendar in the OPSmiley

what are you guys looking forward to? For me it's Dota Pit invitational and BLAST premier, those are gonna be the highlights in my calendar

Fading Team WE later as I have RNG -1.5 @2.18
i saw this at 2 odds ealier, i was also contemplating a 3-0 but i didn't pull the trigger on neither, i thought Team WE was gonna put up a fight but they're just proper shit. It's gonna be a walk in the park for LNG or RA in the next round

This is true. TI already remove there direct invite feature so that every team will participate and have a fair play through DPC points system. This time any team has a chance to go in TI even the team is not well known. There's a lot of good team that didn't go to TI because of this system because of regional quilifier though. EU team suffers the most  Cheesy

only 1 team from 1 region are qualified  Angry and my fav team and player such liquid & nigma not gonna play in TI  because of this system. even though I really look forward to their performance in every TI tournament. Yes, the good thing is a team that has potential but didn't have the chance to enter TI before , now they can enter this tournament.

more often the games that are popular in e-sports gambling are games with the genre MOBA and FPS games. its more competitive and have a large fan base and player.

I don't think EU suffered that much it's just that this year they seem overrated. Valve already implemented this type of qualification at least a couple of times and it shows how competitive the other regions are aside from EU. Honestly it's better they've removed the direct invites as it encourages more major tournaments and in return it helps other regions close the gap between stronger regions like China.

Fading Team WE later as I have RNG -1.5 @2.18 this is the battle for the third Worlds spot and whoever loses here will fight for the play ins spot. Even though RNG didn't show up in the summer playoffs I just can't back up Team WE after losing 3-0 twice in a row.

Liquid hitting above their weight vs world number 2 team Gambit, not like they are far off but its been a while since they were top contenders.   I put a late bet on Gambit being able to come back at half time switch to CT Mirage with odds 3.5 to 1  I dont think there is enough time or energy in their play vs Liquid playing on form but just for fun of watching the match I like 'underdog' come backs Tongue
Very close smoke defuse, etc.   its doable to at least equal for OT just requires some luck

So, I suppose that's it for tier 1 events in Dota this year, right? or do we have another one in september? the only relevant ongoing tournament is i-league, but after that, it should be a whole month for all the teams in TI to focus on practicing 24/7

If I'm not mistaken The International 10 will start in October this year. dota 2 main tournament. Although some favorite teams did not get direct invites and failed in the qualifiers, the teams that will participate in TI 10 are also teams that have very good progress in the recent minor tournaments.

Team liquid had a nice opening in the group. They won the NIP team 2-0. Today there is a gambitle match, team liquid team. If Elige shows the same performance in this match, they can win, but it's too risky because I think the gambit team is the favorite team in the group. Around this time, the NIP, entropiq match started. El1an 1.27 kd  really nice one, first map dust2 both teams are not bad in this map but in my opinion NIP will dominate in this match against the Russian team.

That was one hell of a performance from Elige and Team Liquid finishing the first half of both maps with at least ten rounds. I might take NiP again later since the bookies was expecting a one sided series between Entropiq vs Furia but it ended up way too close than the odds suggest.

Two grand finals will start within a few hours but i'll focus on LPL since i'm more interested in this matchup. My pick is FPX -1.5 @1.83 after that 3-0 sweep from EDG I think they could make it close but from what i've seen between the two (during their series vs WE) is that EDG have more tendency to make more mistakes while FPX's performance was a bit better.

Edit : FPX looked so lost in the first two maps it felt like my bet didn't had a chance.  Lips sealed

The dota 2 ESL one fall Finals where great to watch and i am very happy for Tundra that they really managed to pull it off and even beat PSG.LGD in the grand final. What a shame that we will not see Tundra in this years TI, because they are very fun to watch with their unorthodox drafting, like the position 5 monkey King. PSG.LGD also did extremely well given the fact that they had to replace their normal mid Player with their Coach. They seemed to have a lot of fun and that they could have won the tournament with a little more seriousness.
I think they're not yet fully formed during the qualifiers back then so it's probably the reason they're not participating in TI, I think that they're a fairly new team in the Dota 2 scene.
Tundra is already a good team during qualifiers, They manage to beat strong team back then just like what they did on this ESL but the big difference was the current team participating on this tournament already focus there goal on TI. They don't want to show there new strategy and rotation on the tournament before the TI. The team that nothing to holdback will surely gonna win the tournament, I'm sure this is gonna be a different story if this tournament is the TI which every participants crave to win aegis and the title.

Here are the Group C results. Faze could not leave the group. They sold the match in the last 2 rounds on the Nuke map in the Navi match yesterday. Navi had no money in the last 2 rounds and could not win the phase. Navi took the game to overtime and won the game in overtime. Olof must now be benched. Perfecto played a great defense in garage and blue on the nuke map. This man really GOAT..

Group D matches continue today, the last match Team liquid nip match will be very enjoyable. It's being played right now. Tq seems to have won his inferno map 2nd map dust2, the NIP team still has a chance, they are pretty good on this map.
