slow week in CSGO for sure. We'll have the Gamers Without Borders 2021 but teams will play for fun here cos it's a charity event. Betting markets went live but imo it's best to stay away from this tourney and just have the games as background noise while doing some other stuff lol if you really want to bet here, check out 'knife kill' odds, we might see a lot of those  Roll Eyes
I agree if anything this is kind of a showmatch or glorified scrims for the teams involved since all of them will still get a piece of the reward and pick their chosen charities just like last year.

I've decided to dip in the tier 2 matches and going for Sinners @1.53 vs Blink. Sinners top the groups with a 6-2 score their only loss was against Sangal as they forfeited their last match vs Izako Boars while Blink going 0-4 to 4-4 barely qualifying in the upper bracket.

T1 won the ESL One Summer 2021 with 3-2 as the final score. It was an interesting match and on top of that, its always good to have all 5 map played for the Grand Final.
Congratulations to T1.

I thought that Virtus.Pro is going to get the crown for ESL One Summer, both teams are already qualified to TI so they don't have to think of the pressure what's on it after this tournament.

Whey had been dropped on lower bracket i wasnt really hoping nor expect for T1 to go with the finals. They should really be making even more better

specially for the upcoming TI because this tournament is totally different and also im rooting for Secret too which is obviously saving up some strats

for the upcoming international.

So yeah, we've almost come to the end. There isnt going to be much for Dota betting for next month unless you guys are into those TI Regional qualifier. I'd rather save up some balance for TI betting. Going all the way with Nigma outright in case if they win the qualifier (If they dont then Im going with PSG.LGD lol)
i'll keep an eye on some games, but yeah, not gonna spend my entire balance on the qualifiers. I'll probably wait until we reach the late stages of the western europe qualifiers and maybe place some bets here and there

Not many interesting matches this week aside from League <...>

On the side of CSGO, Gambit manage to win the Blast Premier tournament and secure themselves a spot for the world finals.

Not many interesting matches this week aside from League so i'll go with that for now(currently have UP+1.5).

I'll probably give the qualifiers a try since there could be some worthy picks between the tier 1 teams but i'm not betting on every single match.

OG was decent with their new lineup with Sumail as their carry, getting 4th was decent. Imo their lineup with Ana was way better but yeah they need to make use of what they currently have
Before the meta was different and Ana fitted for those 2 TIs that they've become. I think we're going to see some new upsets during the qualifiers with OG. Many OG fans are hoping that they'll be the one to get that slot.

I don't know if it's just me or is the odds on T1 seems generous given that Alliance had the easy route facing familiar teams in their region. With that i'm locking my bet on T1 @1.82 hopefully they get the edge here and have another go with VP.

I'm watching the blast grand final, the first map gambit won. I can say that it doesn't surprise me, for now, the hobbit team has the advantage in the mirage map against the navi. I can say that everything depends on the Mirage map to become a blast champion. If navi can comeback the mirage , it will be very enjoyable to watch the inferno match.

I believe TB should have aeon disk too by that time knowing there's a lot of crowd control on VP support.
Imo TB itemized well during that game, there's not much he could do even aeon disk isn't enough to save him from the ravage combo of VP since there's still the threat of an ice blast from the support.

Who watch T1 and VP game 3 last play? VP shows an impressive team fight out there using the info given by the wards located at the base of T1. Tidehunter totally lockdown TB by using double ravage. Nightfall is really a good carry  judging by his item build.

VP did a good job on this match. They're now waiting at the grand finals. While T1 was put into the lower bracket and is going to have a match against Alliance and battle for 3rd. I'm on T1 on this and hopefully to see that T1 ends up with the grand finals and takes this team with a finals.

a bit later, the highlight today: Nigma - OG. Bookmakers don't seen to be falling for the hype around SumaiL, Nigma are the heavy favorites at 1.5 odds. Ez nigma -1.5 handicap?

I also think that Nigma should clearly win their series 2-0 against OG today. Yes OG beat Team Liquid with 2-0 but that was also because team liquid lost their midlander sumail to OG and had to replace them and even with sumail Team Liquid did not perform well and went out in the groupstage with 5-9 games. If nigma makes no weird experiments in the drafts then they should win both matches pretty clearly in my opinion. Yesterday they won 2-1 against a Team Secret which is usually very strong also if i remember correctly OG can not reach the TI in this tournament they need to do it via the open qualifiers which means OG could do some crazy drafts.

It is hard to say if the Sumail hype is going to continue, I was a big fan from back in the EG times. And during TI times I always loved watching OG because they were trying out new things. But now it seems that Nigma is stronger than OG, they adapted pretty well to the new meta. And Kuro is one of the great Team captains, he has so much experience. We probably just have to wait a few weeks and see, there is still time before TI10. It would be nice if OG can get among the TOP 8 teams at least.
Just really missed out Og.Ana/Humblegod on OG roster as I thought that they were readying up for the upcoming TI10 and make out some 3rd time champion but I cant really still remove the probability even sumail had be the one to take the place and speaking with Nigma then its no denial about adaptation on new meta
they are indeed fast on getting used to.This upcoming TI would really be surely a good one and its been a while since it was being postponed due to pandemic.

As they said, whoever has Wyvern in this current meta wins. I remember that nigma plays wyvern + warlock supports, and the carries became immortal like crazy. The healing meta is real
winter wyvern nerf incoming in the next patch for sure

T1 is chill and managed to secure the top 3 again. I hope that they won't end up with another 3rd place on this tournament just as how they've ended on the last major.
T1 doesn't have to think about the qualifiers so they can focus on this tournament, unlike the other teams that got eliminated earlier. That has the advantage to hide some of their strategies and can focus with the upcoming qualifiers.

I believe they have a chance to win on tournament base on the enemy team that they will face. Most of the strong team is not invited on this ESL like EG and LGD. I believe they have a chance to defeat VP once they continue there momentum. 23savage is now well synchronize on his team mate compared when they are on temporary team (AmongUs). I'm glad that Kuku is now the captain of there team.

Profitable day for me yesterday winning both of my bets on OG and NiP but I forgot to post it here.  Cheesy

Anyway I got a free bet from SB (via the clubhouse) and i've used it in this parlay (OG, Alliance, Gambit and France for small boost).

I really expected a clear 2-0 win for Nigma here and i am still not sure if OG won because they played so well or because Nigma played so bad. This just proofs again that Dota Matches are hard to predict.
Imo Team Nigma played that one badly taking fights with disadvantage and during the third game their drafts were like on a timer since Medusa scales better later stages of the game.

Well at least in game 3 now in the series of OG vs. Nigma the wyvern could not prevent the loss of nigma even though Gh made some great plays with it even in this match but it wasn't enough. It was a weird series between OG and Nigma. In the first match OG was up for a long time but then 1 good teamfight from nigma turned the game around and nigma could not be stopped from that point on. In game 2 OG totally dominated the game with a Topson Hoodwink carry and game 3 was almost similar to game 1 but only the other way around as Nigma was leading but then they pushed to far and got killed in OG's base.
I really expected a clear 2-0 win for Nigma here and i am still not sure if OG won because they played so well or because Nigma played so bad. This just proofs again that Dota Matches are hard to predict.
