2/3 of my TES - SN tickets lost...Only one left is TES moneyline (if i lose, it'll be 0/4 in the Worlds semis, ffs!!) Suning are looking way too god right now, but Top Esport did have some dubious plays in the 2 games they lost, so hopefully they'll bounce back and we go to the final game

Anyhow, i have one more ticket today: Alliance ML.

Gonna skip the DreamHack final between Heroic - Vitality, but a few thing about this match: it's a ESL One Cologne rematch, that game ended 3-0 for the danish, and french teams have a pretty bad record in finals this year (i think it's 3 or 4 finals and no wins)

And I put money on OG which of course lost. Ah well today is a new day and hopefully I will make some better decisions.
that sucks...but i dodged a bullet there cuz i was thinking of backing OG as well.

Hi everyone! What do you think about this bets?

Team Liquid had a decent group stage of this tournament and advanced to the playoffs from fourth place in the table. The Swedes had only one defeat in four meetings - from Team Secret with a score of 0: 2. The other three fights Team Liquid won: mudgolems - 2: 0, NAVI - 2: 1 and 5men - 2: 0.

Judging by the way Alliance conducted the group stage, they shouldn't have any problems in the quarterfinals - the Vikings team is too unstable.

My prediction:
Team Liquid to win
Alliance to win
Placed combo with odds 1.91 in total

I do have a ticket for the big match in DreamHack Open today: Astralis ML @1.58 https://i.ibb.co/2Mwj7vM/astralis.png
Good luck, everyone
I was just looking at that match and decided to skip it.
Looking at the map pool, Mirage and Train will get bans. Then Vitality should take win on Dust2 and Astralis on Nuke and decider could go in both directions. I was closer to putting a bet on over 2.5 maps, that has better odds and even more chance of passing IMHO but I skipped on that in the end as well.

Match between this 2 teams can really go in any direction. GL
Of course I did not place a bet when I called the match perfectly. I got all the bans and all the map picks and winners of those picks correct. Now I want a betbuilder option for CS to choose exactly that and get nice odds.

And I put money on OG which of course lost. Ah well today is a new day and hopefully I will make some better decisions.

It's time! Worlds 2020 Semifinals start right now

I've read some ppl saying that they're going all in on DAMWON. There was a guy in a discord channel who's putting he's entire balance on the koreans. I read about another guy who asked for a loan and put it on G2, said that he might go homeless if G2 loses lol Me? just a few mBtc is enough  Cheesy

EDIT* DAMWON to the final

That last game was something else, 10 minutes and DAMWON had a 4k gold lead and 5-0 kills...not even a baron to destroy base, less than a 20min game in a semi final, but the damn herald went all in...WTF??? the koreans were laughing like "are we warming up vs. bots or what?", effortless and fastest win for DAMWON

just what the hell, man? WTF??

I was about to say that the ESL One Germany Playoffs were starting today, but @rand already posted the two matches (:  gonna skip them tho, no value in Secret - Nigma for me, and i'm not exactly sure what's gonna happen in the other one (but @rand's analysis is very on point)

^ I am on OG today, agree with above and hopefully there will be no surprises.

I am skipping Secret game since ML odds are almost non existing and I don't like playing handicap games on Secret before finals. When they get to the final they add another level of seriousness to their draft. Until then there is always a chance they will get playful and let their opponents get one map.

[DOTA 2] Friday, October 23rd picks and bets:

Here we go. It’s time for the ESL One Germany 2020 playoffs. 8 teams advanced from the group stage to the double elimination bracket playoffs with best of 3 matches all the way to the finals (best of 5). OG and Team Secret are the first teams to face their opponents. Let’s analyse their matches and make predictions.

OG - Natus Vincere: OG ML

What an amazing start of the playoffs. The 2x TI winners will face Natus Vincere, the most legendary Dota 2 organization. OG ended their group stage run in 4th place. With 3 wins and 1 loss they showed that they are really a big contender for the title. When playing well they can surely threaten Team Secret. OG have wins vs 2 young CIS squads, Winstrike and Yellow Submarine. Both matches ended up with a clean 2-0 win for OG. They’ve got their 3rd win vs Vikin.gg, recent BTS Pro Series champions. Another 2-0 result. However, OG dropped a series to Alliance with a close 1-2 result. But that match could go either way for sure. This new Natus Vincere squad (ex FlyToMoon) ended up in 6th place in the group rankings. With 3 wins and 2 losses they needed to play 1 extra match on the final group stage day to be able to qualify for the playoffs. They’ve beat all CIS teams they faced. 2-0 vs Cyber Legacy and Winstrike and 2-1 win vs Yellow Submarine. However, in the process they’ve managed to get crushed by mudgolems with 0-2, and by Liquid with a close 1-2 score. Basically they didn’t manage to win against either of the two teams that was their direct opponent for the playoffs. I expect that OG can go really far in this competition. I can say that I expect a top 3 placement from them. They didn’t deserve anything lower than that at the moment. Their last clash vs Natus Vincere was 1 month ago in the OGA Dota Pit, where NaVi took the whole series with a 2-1 victory. Interestingly enough, I don’t think they have too big a chance here. 3 maps are possible here, but I would go for the straight winner in this case. OG have better players and with NoTail on the help, they should proceed to the next round.

Team Secret - Team Nigma: Secret -1.5

I am not sure if I’m more excited for the first or second series today in ESL One Germany. Team Secret are the undisputed rulers of the European Dota 2. The best team in Europe for a mile. 7 championships in a row in Europe made them immortal in 2020. They don’t have a proper competition in Europe as there is no team that can come close to them. Their latest tournament victories are speaking for them. Seven grand finals, seven 3-0 victories. Team Secret ended up on the 1st place in the group stage rankings and they are the only team that didn’t lose a single map. Three matches, three straight 2-0 victories. They did beat Tempo Esports, Yellow Submarine and Team Liquid. On the other side there is Team Nigma. A team that is playing with a position 5 stand-in, as their coach rmN- is still playing instead of their injured captain Kuroky. Team Nigma ended up in 7th place in the group. They barely scraped through. 5 matches in total with 3 wins and 2 losses. They’ve opened this competition with a surprising 0-2 loss vs Yellow Submarine. After that they beat the worst team in the competition, Tempo Esports. Mudgolems proved too strong for Nigma at the moment as they’ve crushed them easily with 2-0. That was a breaking point for them, as they needed 2 wins from their last 2 matches potentially. A 2-0 win vs weak Winstrike brought them another chance and deciding match vs 5men. In a very close series after losing 0-1, Team Nigma managed to overcome their opponents in the next 2 maps and they won with 2-1 in the end. Very close match which showed a lot of Nigma’s weaknesses. Secret and Nigma played each other in the Beyond Epic EU/CIS grand finals, and that was their last match. It was almost 3 months ago and Team Secret were dominant there with a 3-0 win. Worst possible option for Nigma happened - to play Team Secret in the round 1 of playoffs. Sadly, I don’t think that they have too many chances here. With a stand-in and their bad play in the group stages, this should be Team Secret’s victory. 2-0 for Team Secret is very likely here as they are just on another level, especially compared to Nigma.

Kinda bad day yesterday but at least faze won against g2, today going for:

BIG vs Heroic - MY BET

fnatic vs NiP - MY BET

North vs FaZe - MY BET

Astralis vs Vitality - MY BET

Heroic and FaZe should be rather easy bets, NiP impressed me yesterday and I think they have a chance against fnatic and odds are decent, when it comes to Astralis vs Vitality, I think both teams are great, Astralis is definitely back at their best at the moment but those Vitality odds are worth a risk imo

I already asked some time ago and got some generic answer like "cash out feature is still developed and not available all the time". In real life that usually translates into I can cash out only on football after the game starts and on other sports only if it is multi and some games are finishe and other did not start yet.

Cash out is without a doubt made to help the bookie and not us but I still use it sometimes and with great results so far. Usually the offered amount is very low and I decide against cashing out but here and there when I am almost certain I am loosing my ticket and they offer something somewhat decent I take it.

In the above example I would have took the cash out only if they offered 5+ mBTC.
I think they've disabled it on purpose. I remember there was a time when cash out was still available for esports but after they updated the site with the new UI it's only limited to the other sports.

Same, cashout is helpful in esports since the odds swing heavily for no reason and it's a good way to secure a nice profit if you don't want to sweat the entire series like yesterday on G2's pick when they're only ahead by 2-3 rounds in the first half the odds went as low as 1.15 then it ended 8-7.

Does somebody know why I can never cash out on CS games (Sportsbet)? 3rd map was train and Virtus Pro made a very nice lead 11:4 on CT side and I wanted to cash out. I knew it will get much closer before it ends and Forze managed to claw they way to 12:11 before Vpro finally winning it. Could have saved a lot of nerves if I was able to cash out.
sounds like a question for our good Sportsbet forum friend Steve. I wouldn't know cos all the esports books that i'm using don't have a cashout option, which is something that i don't use too often in bookies as it is something implemented to help the book rather than to help you, at least that's my take on it  Cheesy

I am really hitting CS matches lately. May it continue for a long long time.

I wanted to play on Virtus Pro today and got late when they were already 1 map down. Checked the map pool on HLTV and decided they could still win this and placed a bet with nice odds.

Thats a good hit on Virtus pro there considering they were 1 map down, risky but well played  Smiley. I was bit tempted to put some money on Virtus but decided to leave after Forze had a good start in first map.

I've also noticed the same about no cashout option in esports-sportsbet. Maybe their provider doesn't allows it but would be interesting to check out with stake as well since they work out with same market provider as well.
