Just come home and I see Vitality loosing 10:2 on fnatic pick. Golden just clinched 1 vs. 4 in the last round. Anyway I placed a bet on Vitality to win @2.9. I am counting they are loosing first map and then I hope for comeback. I think the odds are that high since Vitality map choice is a little bit strange - Nuke 29%. Doesn't look good but if they picked it I hope they trained on it hard. We shall see...

Ro8 starting this Sunday at 7:00pm KST (Seoul).  I'm kinda hoping I'm getting a couple of you guys into it.  Lawl.  Had a lot of good memories with this old game as a kid.  Cheesy

Anyway yeah...  The lines are up now at Nitrogen and FJ.

I got Rush at 3.41, fading random Flash once again.  Grin  Soma at 1.71.  And parlayed Zero and Larva at 2.01ish.

Personal disclosure:  I busted my Stake account betting these at ro16.  Lolol.  Cheesy

lost their 2nd map as well. Really not sure what is going on with Nip but usually they are not this bad. Sad

Nip is shaky atm and I will leave betting on it for now.

It usually comes down to team work and cordination which is hard to determine from outside, they might develop this better over time.   I often avoid or discount any team which has altered their line up recently.

14% odds to win the series and despite stumbling on the 1st map they went on to win their map pick and the 3rd map for a great come back.    I knew their best player was probably leaving the team but surprised to hear since then the entire team brand will cease, maybe he got an offer he couldnt refuse and he was able to sell on the team but I got the impression it was forced by lack of money in the game right now.  Seems like even a great win like this wasnt enough to change the problems all teams face in CSGO without majors.

23:23 at the moment, very good map one. I have a feeling Astralis will get this first map.

Astralis got the first map. That's a good advantage taken considering that was pick of their opponents - Heroic. Still 28-24 shows Heroic were giving them hard time as well on Vertigo. Train is up next and Astralis are good on that one.

Anyone has a good bet for the Grand Final of IEM New York on Sunday? Should get pretty interesting with Liquid and EG, probably my two favourites.

Haven't check the market yet but both teams are really unpredictable. Bit feels like EG can take Liquid down but have to see how Liquid have been playing as well before saying it for sure.

Astralis to win against Heretic, ....

You mean Heroic? Well they have been playing well if we leave out the previous 3-4 matches. They were the winners of ESL One Cologne 2020 EU , and also came 3rd in the ESL Pro League 12 EU. So can surprise out some good teams but Astralis seems like a tough target.

Right now, they have pushed into OT in Heroic's pick Vertigo. Good comeback from Astralis to cover up 4 round deficit and push to OT.
Of course I mean Heroic, got a case of stupid it seems Smiley

I love watching CS matches so CSGO have been the only eSports I usually bet on for me.

Same fore me, CSGO are the most interesting games to watch. I used to play a lot a few years ago but now I just watch and sometimes bet. Dota and LOL is also cool from time to time to watch.

winning streak continues, i'm now 8/8 wins in the last 6 days

That's crazy. Time to ride on your tips I guess  Cheesy . Today I backed Nip to win their 2nd map after they lost their first map to Sprout in CS and they lost their 2nd map as well. Really not sure what is going on with Nip but usually they are not this bad. Sad

Nip is shaky atm and I will leave betting on it for now.

I take off my hat, Congrats, what you bet the next days  Grin Grin Grin Grin

This weak is crazy busy for me and I just managed to squeeze in few minutes and play a ticket. I missed on most stuff today so just added a simple double to watch something in the evening.
ENCE - North over 2.5 maps, when I checked their map pool it looks like both teams should have one easy map to win and then decider should be a tricky one
Astralis to win against Heretic, Heroic is in quite bad patch of results and I don't expect them to turn the tables against Astralis. At least we are sure that Danish team will win Smiley

Thanks for your answer and STT too. Unfortunately I can't connect to twitch from work, too bad ! I will have to find a way to go around that to get a feeling from these games.

The betting site itself will broadcast games, especially relevant if they have live betting with the rounds and maps proceeding.   That may help you or not, sometimes that will just display Twitch in a box but possibly other sites like Youtube.    An easy one for CSGO would be HLTV which displays game progress in text and team vs team display format, can be useful to look at for 10 seconds while the boss is the other side of the office :p

Dota 2 and CS:GO low tier matches ,are most of the times rigged but it's your fault to bet on this games. There are numerous interviews with "pro" players when they speak about this rigged games and even big players from my country told us that this event used to happen a lot back in time but no so much now.
It's still the thought of most about Dota 2 games for lower tier teams. But as a Dota 2 observer and watcher, I don't think that it still happens often.

The most rigged game of dota 2 that I've ever seen was 1 month ago I think when a team won with core at 16HP I think just because Arc Warden got a buff who could cover the entire core without taking damage for a long time. The team that lost had over 30k gold advantage and yet they lost in the final push. That was the last time I watched Dota 2. Overwatch seems good as it's hard to see rigged games as the game is a changing fortune in battles.
I assume that you're talking about Nigma's match and Miracle's Arc Warden. You need to know that it's not a rigged match. There's nothing wrong with that if you observe that as a player.

Finally there's an interesting dota match for today and that's OG vs Alliance both of them have a 2-0 record with OG having a slightly better results and faced better teams. The head to head results favor Alliance in the last two meetings but i'll take my chances with OG @1.69(boosted odds) this time because in their last meeting Notail had to step in for Topson and their coach filled in the support role.

I can't wait for the quarterfinals tomorrow. Two of the four matches seems like the LCK and LPL playoffs all over again.  Cheesy

Edit : Alliance wins 2-1. OG got too confident by drafting the same heroes after winning the first map then got outdrafted in the decider map.

Well, that might be possible since low tier events won't be included in the DPC for DOTA 2 since Valve is responsible for keeping DOTA 2 environment clear of these situations. Professionals are also scared to rig games now since they can be instantly banned. These "Pros" you mention might just be some big names but not really "Pros" because of the "322" incident but that Player really dodged a bullet.

Final group of ro16 is playing in 30 mins or so!

Anyway, I see that Team Liquid is known by some of you guys.  In case you didn't know, the whole tl.net community started in Broodwar and grew from there.  Liquid.Nazgul, the founder, and Elky, another member of the tl.net community, are buddies and went on to take up online poker together with a bunch of other guys in South Korea.  Smiley
