I think I have a curse or something as most of my bets are always on the opposite side Grin anyways my bet for today's blast tournament matches are NaVi and Complexity. I know NaVi is struggling recently but after watching their last h2h i'm still convinced with NaVi winning 2-1 or another 2-0 if NiP couldn't take their map pick.

On the next series i'm confident with Complexity taking down OG I haven't watched OG on their last few matches but the recent form says it all.

NaVi are so very much unpredictable, i'm not sure why are they given such a huge advantage to win here @1.56? NiP last 5 games have all been Over 2.5 maps, i might go for that.

I'm going with "History" over "Reality", So It's Na'Vi ML @ 1.67 for me, Then Furia ML @ 1.43, I'm gonna pass on Complexity vs OG, but If were to go for a punt, it's going to be on Over 2.5

Dota
Nigma ML @1.89
Alliance - Team Liquid O2.5 @1.91

Dota 2 games today are actually more tricky than I initially assumed, I can't make a clear cut decision on picking either side, and I also think the over 2.5 maps are actually a trap.

NiP ML @ 1.55 (I don't know if Team Empire are any good, but I can't rate them based on their win against Alliance)

Alliance are so shitty lately and Team Liquid ML @ 1.75 seem like a giveaway Grin

I agree with you on Nigma ML currently @ 2.04 (but I'll pass on this one  Wink)

ps; I also took a small 3-game (40.4 Odds) correct score parlay

Nigma 2 - 1 OG (Dota 2) @ 3.74
NiP 2 - Team Empire (Dota 2) @ 3.28
Na'Vi 2 - 1 NiP (CSGO) @ 3.3

Speaking of rankings, look at the jump BiG took in the standings after their win, +16 spots, up to #8.

Helps that Astralis have fallen from their peak.    Esports is big business now & I got an advert for 'esports investment fund', was just looking at an article explaining the team is fed of constantly touring the globe and not having a home life.   Sounds like they tour more then the Rolling Stones, its definetly paid for them but that also means they have got money to enjoy but no time to use it.   Quite ironic in this lockdown but not that surprising being the best team has put them into every Lan as the team to beat.  They are famed for their top training, more hours on days off which not every team does.   Heres link to article/video: https://www.dexerto.com/csgo/richard-lewis-sources-reveal-crisis-behind-astralis-burnout-1378864
Until the next major and/or we have an actual 'normal' seasonal LAN event I think its all uncertain who will thrive.

I've already placed my bets for tomorrow:

CSGO
Furia -1.5 @2.35

Thats quite an upset in most bettors minds if that happens, literally Fallen from grace and his world champ status.   But yep ranks 14 higher for Furia, I'm just behind on my views and also an average 5 years younger for the team.  I know Hen1 but not the others really, saw a good clip for Vertigo from art where he just flanks and slices the enemy team in two though it was vs pistol it shows verve Cheesy

Tensed 2 Map but Team Vitality came through, should ez game ? Since it was a 2 - 0 win

Reporting late as usual but Vitality was also my pick to win, G2 just didn't have enough time to clear their heads after what happened on Sunday.

man, wth is going with G2? what a way to debut at #1 in the HLTV rankings lol  Grin

We have two games scheduled for Tuesday (BLAST Premier: Spring): NaVi vs. NiP  and complexity vs. OG

NaVi are so very much unpredictable, i'm not sure why are they given such a huge advantage to win here @1.56? NiP last 5 games have all been Over 2.5 maps, i might go for that.
OG have three straight losses coming into this matchup, i just don't trust them to do something more than stealing a map perhaps. complexity -1.5 seems tempting but i will probably take the ml instead.

Ence looking to get 2-0'd after they choked on the last two rounds of their map pick. I haven't placed a bet yet but if this series goes to a third i'm taking Ence.

Fortunately for me, Ence turned it around in OT in the 2nd Map... It's 2/2 for for today, nice min streak Smiley

It's Anyone's game to win in the 3rd Map (but I feel Ence might complete their comeback)

I've already placed my bets for tomorrow:

CSGO
Furia -1.5 @2.35
Dota
Nigma ML @1.89
Alliance - Team Liquid O2.5 @1.91

Extremely tough games we've got for Dota 2 tomorrow, I'd really need to take my time before selecting teams  Wink

I can't find the Team Liquid vs Ninjas on my sportbook, is it major tournament or some qualifiers ?
It's the Beyond Epic: EU/CIS  (:

What match from Flytomoon ? I guess your bookmaker made mistake on the schedule since their first match is on the 17th.
it was Flytomoon -  Team Empire...yeah, i think they messed up the schedule, FFS!  Roll Eyes

It's an actual tournament they're similar to the previous regional tournaments from ESL.

Ence looking to get 2-0'd after they choked on the last two rounds of their map pick. I haven't placed a bet yet but if this series goes to a third i'm taking Ence.

I had a Dota parlay with Liquid - NiP O2.5 and Flytomoon -1.5 but idk what happened and the FTM bet was voided, maybe the match was canceled? So now i just have single bet for the rest of the day: Team Liquid - Ninjas O2.5 @2.00

For Dota 2, what do you think about the SEA region for BTS Pro series? games are ending for this day but tomorrow is the last day which is with three games.
Or it's better to wait for the playoffs?

Those three remaining games looks crucial to a few teams like TNC and Boom esports with the odds close to even I think it's worth a shot with TNC as they've been sweeping teams in the last couple of days. I prefer waiting for the group stages to end but if you want to make a small bet for tomorrow TNC is probably the play but beware that most of my posted prediction in the last few days have lost.

^Congrats on nice ticket

What happened in the first map of G2 and BIG? It said 16:0 on one page and forfeit or something like that on another one. I started watching at the end of second and just watched until BIG won 3rd map. That was enough for me since I had over 3.5 maps on high stake ticket.

Well G2 went into finals from upper bracket while BIG advanced to finals from lower bracket. Team advanced to grand finale from upper bracket are given 1 map advantage and hence G2 got the 1 map advantage and only 4 maps were played yesterday actually.

Here you can find the play off bracket: https://www.hltv.org/events/5285/dreamhack-masters-spring-2020-europe

BTW syrson vs kennyS was so damn good  Cheesy.

So its like best of 4 playable maps really, the team which dominated for most of the run up in wins is gifted a head start.   I know from prior experience this determines eventual winner less then would be imagined, should have gone that way with a guess at least.

Damn, had no idea about that rule. Just when I think I learned enough about Esports something like this happens. Yesterday, I had more luck then brains that all my bets on this match passed. Would probably not have played them if I knew about this. Thanks for sharing.

Lots of games today will check a bit later to see if there is something interesting to bet on.

I believe this was a pre condition to the game and one team starts with a 1 map advantage in a Best of 5 series.    So G2 was upper bracket and had a great advantage, big favourites but Big I did know were great underdogs.   Didnt think the odds were so fab for a bet which I should have taken, think I went with number of maps and got swung to the wrong choice by odds.   Still not betting big in size so another learner game for me :p

Yo, what just happened? I guess i have to settle with 11.00 then:

Props to BiG for finding the strength to fight back, i thought it was all lost after Vertigo and they will go down 3:0, quick and painless lol

They are definitely a tough/resilient team, pulled an insane comeback down 7-0 and 10-1 in the final map to surprise everybody.

tiziaN 2 v 1 in the 28th round is the play of the game, man...

Lost my G2 bet, but the hope of seeing them win today still remains...Maybe I'm wrong and BIG are actually a really good team?  Sad

G2 6-0 in last map...Come on!!
EDIT* not like this...from 11-4 to losing in OT...not like this.

For the other grand finals Liquid is looking pretty hot in their lower bracket run and Furia not so much after they threw their last grand final against Gen G. I could see Liquid taking it as they have a lot of experience should be a close one.
I think it's going to be a big stomp by Furia. But in case things go south, i might try hedging with some live lines.

Literally all of my picks lost yesterday but was able to slightly recover on the Faze loss after they got stomped hard in the first map I was able to get BIG on second map. I might take G2 against BIG for the grand finals but i'll probably just wait for the live lines as stake only offers match winner and the odds are very one sided due to the upper bracket advantage.

Edit 2: Secret crushed OG totally, they are just so much better then all other teams at the moment. OG wasn't even close on any map today.
Yeah, Team Secret are just too good right now. Btw, Secret made fun of OG on twitter after the game  lol https://twitter.com/teamsecret/status/1271885738326609920 for context, read the comments...so disrespectful  Grin

I think i will play both 4.80 and 11.00, any objections?  Grin
Go for it! it's been a while since you posted a big win here  Cool

Lucky Sunday picks:
CSGO
G2 -1.5 @1.65
FURIA -1.5 @2.12
LoL
parlay G2-Vitality O26.5 kills + Fnatic-exceL O22.5 kills @2.54
