Ethereum is currently at 694.9 US dollar. And bearish move continues buying now is not advisable as it could dip more. Weather it would hit rock bottom is undetermined. But my personal opinion it would not reach 300mark. It might dip and settle at around $450 and will bounce back. I suggest to wait for the mean time.
ETH is a token for investment, so i do not its price staying at the position it is now. It will surely grow as it cannot remain at this state
