There is no concrete time table for the PoS transition. It is supposed to convert to PoS this time next year.

What site are you using? On preev the rate is 13.65 USD, that is still pretty good don't get me wrong.

It seems there is very strong support of the price of Ethereum. The big dump after the DAO did not appear.

Even the DAO price is quite strong, it just dropped 10% against the Ethereum. People still want it.

The DAO price is quite stable relative to the Ethereum price now. It is around 0.009 for about a week.
