I agree that this year was a failure for the etherium, although everything started quite well, but I think you should expect this after a rapid growth
I'm sure that Ethereum will not fall any more in 2018. Accepting positive decisions on bitcoin will allow Ethereum to only increase his positions.
I also think so, ethereum continues just dropped the price. There is absolutely no increase. even the lower price. and I think this will continue to happen until the end of this year.

eth goes down to below 0.01btc as all the tokens contracts eat up its value
the more tokens eth has the more value eth will drop
only way for the eth to go up again is for all or most of the tokens especially the shittokens to bleed out to death
then eth can gradually go up in value again
otherwise the down trend continues

only a few good tokens can help eth go up in values

Maybe it down only to a $100+ but it was a amount all we need to reach again into the price $1000 just like in the pas year. Maybe in this will be happen again.
What happened to ethereum is very frightening, but I'm sure that eth will recover soon. I do not think it is able to fall below $150, so no need to panic, everything will be fine.
We can't conclude easily that etheruem failed in 2018 just because there was a decline in price, the general market was down all coins including bitcoin was affected moreover all coins have its own ups and downs I think that is what happened to etheruem at that particular time but thank God it has start recovering and I now it will continue to recover gradually. We just have to be patience and not tag it a fail coin.
I believe that this year is bad for all coins and not only for ETH and I think that the price of ETH to stay in the area of $ 200
At the moment in the crypto currency market is a very difficult situation and I would not even be surprised if in 2018 the price of the ethereum coin reaches 100$. I think this is a realistic scenario.
I very much hope that ETH will restore its price in the near future, this event can help hard fork!

failed? seems not right. because not only is ETH down. all Altcoins are experiencing a bad situation. and impossible eth will return to $ 10. because many people will buy before that happens. look at graphite a few days ago when eth fell to $ 160, in just a short time they could return to $ 200. so everything you say seems unlikely

I dont think ethereum will fall this year 2018 if may suffer so badly but not as we thought the falling, the bitcoin will starting to recover slowly so theres no reason ethereum cant done too this coin may rapidly rise than other so lets put up on our mind always a positive sign to avoid panic..
Ethereum price will be stabilized first, and close to 2019, it will start to grow. I do not think that ETH will ever fall: it can be cheaper but this period cannot last too long. Therefore I continue to invest in this alt.
It's too fast to say that the ETH failed, because fluctuations like this are common, too many people are worried about the price of altcoins today, and many people are afraid, frustrated, exaggerated. This is something normal so there is no need to speculate as if Eth had failed.

there is no way eth prices will return to 10 $, now eth prices are still expensive, even for the next year eth prices will be increasingly expensive
