The rise in value on a number of altcoins largely depends on the price movements of btc, and so far btc hasn't shown any bullish signal yet, by the time btc gets to $9000 probably, we may seeing eth above $800 again, but how soon is what I do not know

At the moment i don't think ETH is ready, It is not easy to grow when you fall badly how you can see on other coins. We have seen bitcoin price in 6K to 7K USD several times in this year but ETH is in under 260 USD? Just unbelievable! So, I think ETH price will not grow soon, it will take a long time to back in 400 to 500 USD! If the bitcoin price overcome 10K USD, then ETH have a chance to grow to 500 USD! Otherwise, my answer is No here.

I believe in the technology behind ethereum blockchain, so I also believe that ethereum will bounce back. Currently, ethereum's price is stable at $225 hoping that this stability builds up momemtum.
