Yeah, I dont see anything supernatural in it. ETH is still slowly swaying and gaining momentum. I think, its a little bit undervalued and will rise to about 3 thousand in the near future, maybe in the end of this year and go further in the next. I think so because of the upcoming integration of the lightning network which will help BTC and another altcoins (includes ETH) surge in a major way which is why im hodling my coins too.

I agree that 2018 will be a great year for Ethereum development-wise, but it may very well be the opposite for the price valuation. There is no clear explanation for the valuation of 1 ETH yet, and so far that means it remains pure speculation. Considering the fact that many people are already speaking of a bubble, I would remain cautious making any price predictions. But price might get higher if staking gets implemented in 2018; so get ready to see the mother of all FOMO: reduced available supply to sell (due to staking), dividend pay-out . These two situation would create a fairly strong positive feedback loop: People wanting to buy eth because of the dividends, but less eth available for sell due to staking, all of which lead to price increase and feeding this looop!

Yep, I too believe that ETH will reach $5k within this year end, this coin has good potential and market cap for achieving this price. The blocks are also easy for this coin for transaction and most of the ICO is convertible with Ethereum is a positive sign for this coin to prospect. If not this year, I think it will reach $5k at least next year.

Yes it can reach upto that much level being the second most valued coin after bitcoin and have much more potential than other coins. It is base for all other tokens and cryptos as they used ethereum platform for working.Moreover countries are now accepting these currencies so it will give price boost. Hope it will reach there soon.

I stumbled upon a post last time that it could reach up to 5000 US Dollars this year and I think it's not impossible. However, I think that the competition is coming for ETH and will make it harder for it to reach that value.

Yes it has a great possibilty since every year, the value of ethereum is growing bigger so there is a huge possibility. Ethereum is a wide platform and there are many users of it. It also has a community that helps together to make this ETH known to the cryptoworld. Some experts say that ETH can surpass BTC and i find it interesting. 3000$ - 4000$ can be reach in the mid year or Q3 so maybe it can, let's have a faith to ETH.

I think $5k USD is a stretch for ETH. I think in the $3k-$4k is more reasonable. Other blockchains are also attracting a LOT of the ICOs these days, so we'll see a taper off of the ETH growth, just like we did with BTC when other alts became more popular and utilized. As the market will grow, so will the diversification of the user base.

Yes i have the same prediction in the end of this year the price of ETH could be going up to $4000-$5000 because this coin is strong fundamental coin that has many features and give many benefits to the cryptocurrency community

it semm that it can reach 4500 and some prices around this. you can compare ETH with the chart of BTC, they are simillar but BTC supply is 21000000 and ETH about 95000000 so it can reach 4500 to 5000$ in this year

Ethereum is one of the altcoins which has purpose and very useful in cryptocurrency. And I really like it to see at that price range (5K USD). But currently, the technical and fundamental analysis seems not aligned with our dreamed price. The price forecast for the middle of the year is 1500 USD while the yearend forecast would be 2000 USD this is based on the Fibo retracement. But we cannot discount also the fact the possibility of repeat volume surge at latter part of the year.

not so soon but sure. at this year end it will rise up to 2000$. may be above , the time i can not tell.

yes agreed many people who think so too. The crypto entrepreneur credited ethereum’s rise to wider adoption and even foresaw a potential flippening in which ethereum could overtake bitcoin. People are actually using it for currency, as well.
Ether's price rally is a testament to the growing popularity of ethereum as a platform for decentralised applications.
