Actually, it's a good strategy to make a profit. Because selling ETH at the moment can help to generate good profit, and keeping half of them would help you to generate greater profit in the future.

As long ETH still developed, i think nothing to worry about it. ETH's purpose is not only for fees in ICO but it can stand alone without tokens that created from ethereum chain.
