Without the ETH 2.0 successful launch, I think it is still impossible to touch even the all time high of ethereum. It will become hard for it to move up also when there is problem with their launching. However, the possibility to reach the 10K usd is highly in eth. Because of its popularity and development, ethereum will always remain at her position as the Queen of Crypto. As of now, all of the coins are struggling to move upward because bitcoin is very volatile. We don`t know the next move but eth as well as other alts are affected too much of the dump.

ETH deserves this price, but l do agree with your opinion that it doesn't seem like a possibility for ETH to reach this price until the end of the year. The chance is really so small. We must be a realist about the price of ETH, it is just around 300-400$ and to tell the truth, l don't believe that ETH can reach this price in the near future, maybe ETH needs a lot of time to show us this price. Investing in the ETH with $400 price tag will lead to more demand but hope the demand will not lose the competition against the supply. Patience is a virtue at this point.
Not because YFI gain too much means ETH will do to. YFI had only 30,000 token so it can be easily manipulated while ETH got hundreds of millions so it is kinda hard to manipulate the growth price of ETH by multitude. Lett ETH settle in thousands dollar first before saying it will touch $10k this year.

ETH currently is at 380$ and when btc was near 11700 it was trading above 430$ or so. So mostly when bitcoin keep rising so does ETH and for that we require bitcoin to keep rising and thus it we will be seeing ETH can cross 500$ mark first and so on. ETH near 1k mark itself will eb an achievement as in past few months we have seen ETH has being steadily rising well.

This year is in fact a year of recovery with a big struggle, so how much of an increase in bitcoin will still not bring ethereum beyond 5k. So, if you predict that by the end of the year Ethereum prices will hit 10k, then it's just an empty hope which in fact is hard to happen. We don't need to expect anything impossible in an era of crisis like this, because when prices recover I think that's good enough for the cryptocurrency market.

eth fee issue is getting more and more serious everyday . theres that people that complain every other day , these people were pissed off or got turned off . we will only knew one day that these people already abandoned eth and switch on coin that has a much cheaper fee . it can be a big hindrance for the success of eth . anyway earlier this day i saw feed about optimizing fees on eth . i didnt follow the link but is that mean that devs are trying to fix the issue ?

I don't think so, 10K is not possible mathematically to be reached. Maybe, it can be like 2017 big pump and reach 4K or 5K in the best conditions . But 10K no one can believe it else the bitcoin was low as ETH. The most important thing is to keep developing new blockchain projects related to ETH network.
Mathematically, it's possible. But it's hard to believe because the price isn't even near to it. While there's still an on-going transition and replacement from PoW to PoS. There is a tendency that we're going to see it hit there once it's very ready.Investors will start to FOMO for Ethereum just like what's happening to Defi projects lately.
Don't give any bullshit speculation, Ethereum will have a hard time getting there because it's really high. What makes sense for Ethereum at the end of the year is $1000 and I think it still feels heavy. This year Ethereum is still struggling to get past $500
If you take a look at the entire market ETH has made big strides when it comes to the price and it is not a small recovery from its bottom after the last correction. I am not expecting the price to rally like many dream which is not realistic but if ETH 2.0 rolls out and they can sort their fee issues then we might see some movement and i wont be surprised if it touches the old all time high valuation considering the movement it had this year.

Even $600 is not clear for ethereum by the end of 2020 because of the current problem of ethereum is facing which is the too high gas fee. Ethereum's gas fees were crazy lately. And to think that eth people were laughing at BTC's high fees in 2017, that's some good karma is a bitch stuff that's hitting them right back in the face. So... blockchain is indeed a bad way to carry the world demand like the experts say.
This is a bad weekend for all of us here Bitcoin is down to 9% compared last week and so are all the other coins and tokens in the market it is very volatile now I guess more than ever just when everybody thought that we are going to touch the $12 k level here we go the market drops $10200 level reminiscence of what happen last March, what could possibly happen that led to this big drop.
Dont lose hope im sure bitcoin and ethereum will recover quickly and will trigger the price of 15000$ by this month. 
5 years may not be, we really don't know whats going to happen in 5 years, sure it could be too much if everything goes like this but if some things change we could actually see 10k ethereum. I am not saying it is probable, but I am saying it is not impossible, we have seen so many things changed in the world I wouldn't really be shocked. In 2017 bitcoin had a yearly low of 700 dollars and yearly high of 20k, do you think that was something people expected? Something that was regular? That was impossible in my mind honestly, if someone told me that I would have said they are tripping.
However that won't happen unless something major happens. I am assuming 2.0 could be the thing that makes that, if proof of stake shows to be paying well and still keeping the value of eth, that could turn it higher, not saying 10k but it could totally break over 1k again and even reach 2k, all depends on how well the upgrade happens, if the team works hard and manages to do without any issue we are talking about a big amount of increase for sure.
