in my opinion it is only natural if each update platform is kept secret because in altcoin they compete for the best. I don't think it will happen soon because the current market conditions do not benefit anyone, including all Dev ico. maybe if there is an indication towards eth growth it will launch program 2.0. yes this is just my personal assumption
