I think it's possible.. But now strong growth not wait. I think the eth will cost around 5,000 by 2018-end. The strongest growth of the cryptocurrency market waiting to spring. as in the past year. Then ethereum can make several x's. Now there are problems in the community need to wait for the decision and then the road will be open for 5000
So, the most awaiting is over now. ETH Touched the golden 1k USD Mark. And, The pumping growth is incredible now. So, what do you think ETH in February? Can ETH Cross 2k$ in February?
This is possible, in the most ideal event, in other words, it can reach $2k but with a low chance. It is a short time for a great increase in price as far as eth is concerned. It took months before it hits the $1k mark, and it is only hundreds increase. And this case requires a thousand increase in price just in one month is almost impossible but still possible, since there's no 100% certainty on the events in the future. 
1 month is not enough for ETH can go up 2x. perhaps at least it needs more than 6 months to get that target. But anyway, you also should buy it now to have the low price.

Its possible to happen but don't expect too much. Because as we can see the price of ETH was slowly increase, look how months ago before it reach 1000 USD, so it may be a long time to wait before eth reach 2k USD.
I can see it happening , i don't hold much of it so i don't care. But it has better tech then the other coins in the top 3 right now.

I am not sure, ETH growth is very good, but I doubt with ETH if february reach 2k, because I see slow growth.
Many investors choose eth because the price is still affordable, compared to the price of BTC is too expensive.

At the beginning of January we have seen the price of ETH has reached $1000. No doubt if later in February it will reach $2000.

Agreed, ethereum might reach $2000 by the month of february. As a beginning now itself the price has been found around the $1000 mark. This has been stated as the year of altcoins and various predictions have been made regarding the same. Expect the price reach $2000 at the earliest.

With crossed fingers, I really hope so. We have already touched the $1,000 resistance and successfully broken it yesterday. But today, I saw a little dip of Ethereum and we have lost hold of the $1,000 mark. This is a rather strong resistance. But we are still in the first week of January. There is much days left. $2,000 in February is rather a moderate target. We could very well achieve that even in the third week of January if Ethereum will leave $1,000 finally and go forward bullish.
2018 the year of the alts!
Ripple is not an option for a big share of the market, due to the structure.
So ETH on 3rd will be first choice to invest. I think that it will be ahead of 2000 mid of Feb.
I think prerequisite is a steady growth of Bitcoin that makes money flow into the market. But from current point of view, everythink is in line.

We can believe that yes 2K is a great price for Ethereum in February, but it is a factor that only fits who has strong investment hand, or a great partnership and update, it is complicated to speculate in this time.
Ethereum price is already reach $1000 in the last few days and for sure it will go back again to that price maybe after few hours or this day. Because the rice is 950 dollars plus. And for sure possible the price of ethereum become $2000 in the month of february or next month. I think better to buy more ethereum now and for sure you will earn a lot of profit if you hold this coin for few months or few years. But even the price of ethereum continue to increase they have possibility the price will decreass and better if you readt for that. Not always the price increase. For sure also it will decrease and that's natural or part of crypto world so if you dont want to cry invest only you can afford to lose.
My previous forecast of $1k before the new year did not come true (but almost), but I still think that the ETH has a huge potential for growth, and the growth rate will be higher than a bitcoin. Therefore, I think yes, ETH will cost $2k by the end of February.
Some people say that ethereum will hit up to $7,000 this year, by the end of 2018. This is absolutely possible. Ethereum might be the dominating factor of the coin world by being number two back again.
Ofcourse, it wont in february. But, in 2018 at all i think it will reach for sure. Thats why i prefer ETH more than BTC and intend to convert my BTC savings to ETH

I dunno about the 2k - February thing, but I think ETH will probably see much higher prices than 2K in 2018. 
Now it has a competitor for the 2nd marketcap spot too (something everybody hated not a very long time ago).
