I don't know whether I want it to go up or down.
Ethereum is on the rise, I have good amount of money invested in it, but I hope will not double its price for 7 weeks. It is possible to raise to 2k, but I think the results of this fast raising will be good in long term prospective.
from what i see, Ethereum pumping is because of the forking. so i don't think it'll hit $2k, maybe it'll go back to $500
I agree that the reason why it is increasing more than it could is the fork but I don't think that it will go back to 500usd. If that is your wish and you are waiting to buy when that happens, you may wait till forever.

this could happen if the ETH always gives a good development and this very high demand will trigger an ETH price increase and can make the ETH price more than $ 2000.

I guess ETH will be trading at $400-$500 levels by the end of February. I have been noticing the price movements of ETH and XRP for the past few days. It is very much clear that some big players are engaging in pump and dump. The pumping phase is over now. I am waiting for the dump, which is going to happen in the next few days.
as it seems to me, this is a very strong drawdown if there is a correction, it's not that big ,the lowest price think is $ 700 in February, below should not fall
Ethereum is in long upword trend and it can reach even to $2000 in this time. It is no.1 altcoin after Bitcoin.
For me its very possible for Ethereum to reach or to cross 2k USD by February 2018, because of its highly increased growth.

The 24 hour volume is not going down and there are a lot of investors coming in.

There’s one thing i learnt from recently happened things in crypto and it’s being cautious about making short term investments. Normally I would say ethereum can’t make 2x in that short time but now i believe anything can happen. Markets are so unstable and this scares me.

For me it's possible, and I really hope Ethereum will soon reach more than that. But I also hope that Etherdelta will soon fix it's issue, because I really miss my Ethereum a lot.
Ethereum is increasing but to be 2k in February is hard to say because ethereum increases at a very slow speed if you compare it with bitcoin i think it will go 1.2k in February.
Well ethereum increased a lot lately and it doesn’t look like it’s going to stop but i can’t say it can increase %100 in one month. It also depends on how bitcoin is doing. I’m expecting it to reach 1.5k max.

too fast for february. maybe in february it will reach 1500 USD. because of the availability of etherum in the market, is not limited. so the etherum will not rise too fast.

Will be 4K at the end of 2019, but 2K in February is difficult. After a this type of increase for sure the price will go down for a few days.
I am sure that we will see this price in the summer of 2018! I believe on Ether, and i think he can repeat the rise in bitcoin prices

I personally feel that it may be hard for ETH to reach $2,000, and if bitcoin doesn't go up further, then ETH will be almost impossible to reach $2,000.True. As many coins in the past second one always follow bitcoin in price. If ETH need to be 2000 or more bitcoin need to ge up in price so this could be really possible to accomplish for Ethereum. Considering that price is close to 1000 believe it quite possible that we could see 2k price soon also think that bitcoin price have to be bigger then current one. Both need to cooperate on this one.
