It's nice to see Ethereum back to second place after Bitcoin. Hopefully this will be a good step before the fork and prices will continue to rise.
Ethereum and Ripple's market caps are still very close together. Therefore, itscan change the second position for at least a few more times. But when the rise trend starts, I think the Ethereum price will increase more than Ripple. And so Ethereum will guarantee its place as the have second largest market cap.
Why I'm not surprise with this? 
When XRP got 2nd place it's really shocked me, for some reason I heard that XRP is most "manipulated" coin.
I'm just glad that Ethereum is bact to the possition, but unfortunately I think this's not for long time.
Ethereum should be on the second place and that will be much better rather than put a manipulation coin like ripple at the top of CMC after bitcoin. The ripple foundation already dumped a little pie from the total coin that acquired by the foundation to the market. I think we are bored with this and many of us don't care about it.
but I think for this ethereum holder it's a good news
Doesnt matter to me at all.
It will soar high once bitcoin does. I do think up until now it is still one of the best out there instead of relying on another coin.
The dump may have happen so deep that it wounded a lot of investors but Ethereum is still strong despite all of that.
Question is, can we wait a little bit longer to see the changes in its value or are we just going to trust another one which just do the same as Ethereum?

There isn't much difference in market volume between Eth and Xrp but Ethereum deserves the 2nd place. It was supposed to be like that. I still can't see Xrp as a crypto currency for some reason.
This is very good news for Ethereum enthusista like me but this has been going on for a while now and the big question is... Would Ethereum maintain the number two position for a long while?
EThereum just overtook Ripple with just a slight margin for now, both has been on a tug of war for the number two position for a long while now, Ethereum wins today, Ripple collects it tomorrow and so it goes.

But Ethereum deserve that place more than any coin.
The situation repeats, most likely everyone froze again in anticipation of Ethereum hard forks, so capitalization has risen!
It seems that Eth does have a good increase, competition is not over. As if investor Eth returned from his sleep and made a surprise, this would give a good sensation for the future. Maybe the XRP holder won't stay silent.

It seems to me that Ethereum will not stay in second place for a long time, because the ICO time is running out, which means that Ethereum will be less in demand.
Etheruem has returned to the No. 2 position in coinmarket, which is good news today, especially for Ethereum holders, hoping that it will hold that position and maintain until the bull market appears .

The day Ripple falls it will fall long and hard. Really so much really good stuff for cheap no point risking any money on Ripple. It is part of the bankers work against crypto currencies.
ethereum is located on the place where it should be.The inner voice tells me that in the near future the capitalization of ethereum will only increase. At first, few people were selling the ethereum and, secondly, they began to actively buy it.
Of course i always suggest of many people to take Ethereum for asset investment, and i think ethereum will always grow and grow in the future, so invest your money right now, because the price will pump again, but you must still patience.
moreover ethereum will they changes from POW tobe POS.and its more easy for ethereum holder get more coins if only they hold their eth in wallet.but as king of platform , day by day it make eth demand rise alot.

Good to know this as I am holding Ethreum more than Ripple. But it would be a tight race between the two as the difference in market capitalization is very small. Any way, both cryptos have great potential to make it big long-term so its fine with me. Hope ethereum price would return to its high value as before.
