Good one mate and it's true, once bitcoin price increase, other altcoins will follow the bitcoin price and if you see the market right now, almost all altcoins in green page and for ethereum, the price is really nice to see. The ethereum price is almost hit $200 per eth. I'm sure it will hit very soon.

As you know Bitcoin is prime currency and will always prime but Ethereum is No.2 and will grow more but BTC can't defeat by Ethereum ,so price can be reach more than $200 but can't defeat to Bitcoin.

Calmly waiting for the bitcoin fluctuations to slow, here transactions in bitcoin are faster and if it slows it must be the altcoin's turn to have fluctuations and fast transactions, just how the market moves. If seen market movements are always bullish so if you believe that you will buy several altcoins before bullish, just wait for the turn of the altcoin after bitcoin.

Yes if we could review the history of Eth it reached the all time high price. And I believe it is still good to buy this time as the price is growing. Eth is profitable coin and worth to invest.

Good things coming now for ethereum. Lately, many says here in the forum that ethereum coin stucked at $170 while bitcoin is slowly increasing its value. But now, ethereum seems like increasing in a fast pace. Many hopes that thebincreasing for ethereum would come to long as it will reach $300 like its price last year.

Ethereum price right now is almost 200$ and once it cross 200$ reaching 600 - 1000 will be the target of the investors. This is what I am seeing right now but I saw also that ethereum price is very dependent to bitcoin. Once bitcoin price goes down, ethereum and other currencies also follows.
