For short term around 2020 end I believe eth can hit $1500 if market supported by Bitcoin.

Let's see how the development of ethereum 2.0, if it goes well, I'm optimistic that in 2022 ethereum will touch the price of $ 2500 and even more. ( this just my opinion )
That's for long term goals on ethereum, and I am really sure that within the time line of 5 years it could sustainably reached at very expensive price. These days ethereum was still on growing development, as it building strong momentum in order to acquire more demands, from every traders who wanted to buy eth as their trusted asset.

actually it was difficult to target a crypto coin price but this time I just want speculation I target ethereum prices for 2022 is around $ 600 - $ 800 if the positive news about crypto keeps coming if on the contrary it is impossible for ethereum prices to reach that price

You are talking about the Ethereum price in the next 5 years. It is not a big question. Because, after evolving of the Ethereum the price of the Ethereum went above $1500 within the 2 years in the bull market 2017. Now the market is in bearish mood and for the altcoin it is severe bear. So, hold the Ethereum as it is a giant among all other altcoins. within 5 years it must be $5000.
It will be probably around $1,000 soon. When I say soon, I mean around 2020 or somethig. Its unique technology worth this high prices... Not like other fake altcoins that are pumped synthetically.
I hesitate that it would achieved that value, giving that today's price is just around 200+ usd, but we never know what will happen next. For me, i forecast that it would hit 700usd each by that year, giving that ethereum nowadays and at that time, will be massively used.

It is very difficult to say anything for 5 years. If you ask more realistic questions you ask 5 years would make sense. but for 1 year I think it will exceed 1000 dollars.

This thread was started 2 years ago, so we've now had 2 of those 5 years to 2022. The price now is lower than it was 2 years ago, which is not something I would have predicted. However ETH is still a very strong coin, and I expect it to be a big success as we move slowly towards the mainstream. I would guess somewhere between 1,000 and 10,000 for ETH in 3 years.
5 years is too big range to make any prediction. You know, time in crypto is going so fast and new coin can appear with higher tps and new blockchain, so I can't say something about eth future

I totally agree with you. If the cryptocurrency growth continues this growth which has see its market capitalization soar and in community size as Facebook and Telegram join the band wagon, Ethereum foundation will solidify and advance its platform development to push price over $2000 comfortably

Recently, Craig Wright again said some garbages about Ethereum, but as you can see the price didn´t respond to it. It shows that Craig Wright do not have any influence on community, not like a few months ago.

I don't know the exact value in the future because there is no stability will happen in the improvement and the value also not good as like before so prediction will not be work at the future. First we must make sure of the results of the Constantinople update, which is to be implemented in the beginning of 1019. Then it will be possible to talk about the future prospects of etherium and its relevance to society.
