Well, based on the current market, ETH is below the $300USD level and I think this has been the lowest level of ETH within the year. I believe that this is the right time in buying more ETH at a low price since this may be expected to make a rise within the year. For those eth investors, just stay cool and hold your eth for good for it really be back on its track in the coming BER months.
It is definitely time to buy some Ethereum. Price is very cheap and I believe this situation will not last for long. Ethereum is strong by himself and it will rise one of first after the panic in the market will end.
Why do you consider it as the worst time for ETH ? If you would be a ether believer then you must be happy that you have got a great opportunity to buy ether such a low price. I am pretty sure ether will do so much better in the long term just as BTC is doing now. So buying ether now at a price of $300 is the best deal one could get right now. Even if we think of selling it at its ATH at $1500 it will be whopping 5 times the initial amount.

For me this is the best time to buy more and hold 4th quarter of the year 2018 is approaching and im pretty sure that Ethereum will bounce back and return to its all time high. soon
Buy low and sell high is the basic in trading. Since ETH price is low, it is the time to buy not sell. This is if you have spare cash and ready to lost this investment.

I believe ethereum is very good for long investment, you can start buying it at the lowest point.
If you still doubt it, you can start by dividing your capital for some pretty good coins and ethereum.

Market condition affects all coins not only Ethereum, if all the coins are going but not Ethereum then, ethereum is definitely dead but it's not happening all the coins are down, let us wait for the decision of SEC then if approved then Ethereum will definitely go up just like all the coins that has potential.
in my opinion buying is a good choice because it gets a lot of eth when prices are falling, my estimate of eth will continue to rise at the end of this year and will be like last year because eth is a good project for the future
Yes, I agree that this year 2018 is the bad year for Ethereum and all the other altcoins and I think right now Ethereum is facing a panic supply all around the market. But don't forget that this is the time when you can buy the Ethereum at the cheapest price of all time and I think you should move forward and start buying the Ethereum and HODL them for getting good returns. Ethereum is really a good project with its personal blockchain which is really fast, with cheap network fees and this is why it's going to gain tons of investors soon.
If you really believe in ETH then I think that you need to continue to buy such a cheap ETH because now it has become really very cheap and available, such prices can no longer be in the near future.

i prefer to wait, ethereum status as a number one ico platform is not strong anymore, many platform who already launching mainnet can be a strong competitor for eth, i think its better to buy bitcoin in this time, but if eth down below 200, yoi should buy it, i believe 200$ per eth is this coin real value
Ethereum might be experiencing some bad moments, but I think that it is going to bounce back soonest. This is not the time to panic and sell your coins. The wise ones are buying more and keeping their investments for when the market experiences a bull. Don't sell your coins now, buy more if you can. If you can't, hodl the ones you already have.
