At this point in time, I agree. But given the recent events associated with the cost of transactions, I think that many have already thought to change the Ethereum as an infrastructure for ICO. Strongly agree as of now. Currently all the bounty campaign I have joined offers tokens in exchange for Ethereum. Its rarely to see BTC as a reward. Maybe in future they might change tothe depending on the demand.

Yes, I agree with you that ethereum is the king of ico as it has a very good blockchain that makes many companies use it to run their project and this also helps the coin to grow higher and become a potential coin while bitcoin remains the best cryptocurrency because it is the most potential , the most valued and oldest coin.
That's the technology of ETH, and this is why ETH is on the top coins. Most of the ICO are based on ETH technology because its easy to create token with that technology, ETH is indeed the king of ICO. Bitcoin is different, and no doubt that btc is the king of all cryptocurrency. 
At this moment I agree with you but there are many blockchain platforms show up now such as stellar, neo, waves etc. They are an option and begin popular day by day. Now there are many ICO using other blockchains beside ethereum blockchain. We'll see

Yes, 100% agree. All new blockchain projects, ICO aquires ethereum blockchain for distribution of tokens, even these days Ethereum is getting good name over Bitcoin because its reputation of being reputed smart platform for many new ICOs.

its true and investing in ico is nore profitable using ethereum cause some ico will give you more coins if you bought it using ethereun and also many new project use ethereum blockchain network.

I agree with you because as we know that all the ICO using ethereum network so ethereum is the king of all ICO. but I heard that there are other projects that using waves as their network, and soon, there will be a project that using stellar as the project. and I think when this is happening, waves and stellar will compete with ethereum.

I think you are very correct on that evaluation more than 95 % of ico uses ethereum smart contract as foundation for project. it of recent due to network clog that new ico are looking at other network like NEO, XLM, NEM for their start up base.
