If i had to choose between Ethereum, Litecoin and Ripple i'll definitely choose Ethereum. Between those three options, Ethereum is the best one. It is stable, good growth, good future.
The development of Rippel is not good, I suggest to buy Ethereum and Litecoin both of these coins are good for investment. Has a high potential to keep going up.

It's true that ETH is a potent coin but you have to wait a little longer to buy,the price will go down a little bit more I think from BTC price is very influential on other ALT.We will harvest the perfect result if we buy now and hold.

I have Ripple and the Ethereum in my wallet, I do not want to buy anything anymore, because it's very profitable to trade with them, these are the coins in which I am completely sure.
All of them are really the best coins and there are so many investors who are investing in these coins and are making out very good amount of money as well. However, it is better to go with ETH if you have to make only one choice as it is having the maximum number of features and advantages as compared to rest of the two and will definitely help you in making of huge amount of money at the end.

I will prefer Eth to the other coins you mentioned. ETH in my opinion has a great potential for more growth. It is a smart contract blockchain and more application will be deployed on the network that will make it to grow more.

If i have to pick only one of them of course i will gonna pick the ethereum because they are the 2nd top leading cryptocurrency that are existing in this period of time and a lot of people also love them so they are a great investment in future purposes because they rise and they fall just like the bitcoins but the gokd thing about them is they started from the bottom and all the way through where theyvare now. But i will choose all of them in order to have much kore profits.

I don't really have much trust on Ripple and its remaining billions of supply are allowed to be dumped monthly starting this year if I understand it correctly. Ethereum still the best bet of the three. I also have Litecoin even before LN.

everything you mentioned is on the top list of coinmarketcap based on market capitalization. But if judged from the biggest changes that occurred in one year (2017), namely:
1. Ripple: 4800%
2. Ethereum: 4376%
3. Litecoin: 1062%
From that percentage, it can be concluded that Ripple can provide more benefits than Ethereum and Litecoin.
I a smart move to diversify your investment because you can tell which of your investment will pay off at the end and again since the cryptocurrencies market is so volatile any of your investment has the capacity to increase in price at any given period of time. You can divide your capital and investment in any other promising coins.

For me Litecoin is a Good Investment in 2018 because in this year they are getting to launch its Lightning Network and which cause to be in its prices and moreover, it was much pretty like other top Cryptocurrencies.

I think it's better to buy back Ethereum buit wait for the best time. Don't know at what price you sold Ethereum. if you had sold your ETH at or above $1000, I think you better buy it back now or wait a little more that maybe ETH fall below $700 but I think that maybe not possible. Why my preference is to Ethereum ? Well reasons are more stability of ETH. ETH is more sophisticated altcoin than Ripple and Litecoin. ETH marketcap is very much strong ( $74,983,940,373 ) and it's highly demanded than Ripple and Litecoin. But it's up to you, choose wisely.
These coins are actually good for long term investmentand buying either of these coins actually depends on your goal. Among these three, eth is performing. Etter and have better chances of growth although lotecoin is also doing good but its growth is actually slow. However, if you intend to hodl these coins on a long term basis, then you can never go wrong with these coins.
You should buy your ethereum back when the uptrend is trigger to maximize profit. For now if you look in to the graph it's still in downtrend, we don't know the bottom so just be ready in case.
