To be well understood, I believe in Ethereum's potential (even though so far I have lost money investing in Ethereum, but I notice that it is still a good project and this will makes it to explode one day) and I still believe that by the end of 2018 it will have an increase of thousands of dollars, but at the same time I feel that it will drop much more than it is now before starting the growth again.

No one knows exactly about that but I am expecting that is real even though I never read an authentic news about the Ethereum value. I have been waiting and holding it for a long term.

I believe that now all of bitcoine users are waiting.

I've never read that news but if really happen some people must use this chance and will buy so much.

So do i, still see any potential in eth. Though this time eth experiencing decrease around 47% but i always keep on positive.

And i see some people still hold for unknown time. There's no panic in this decrease. And i like that.

Few days ago i was thinking about Ethereum about 300$ . So 400$ it not such bad price for the Ethereum.
Bad hope good time already come and all coins will go up.

a lot would buy ETH if it goes below $500. there are just people waiting for it to happen. if they thought bitcoin will be a good investment in the future, they are also thinking of ETH as one of the best investment. but i don't think it will really go that low, it has strong support already.

as much as i think ETh will get dumped hard but i do not think it will get dumped down 50% for the time being. maybe eventually in the future (like the end of 2018) price can drop that low thanks to the huge supply of it and the declining demand but it certainly won't be fast and easy because there are still a lot of die hard bag holders who bought above $1k and a lot of pumper whales who are milking ETH for now.

Its possible for the etherium to go down in $400 , now that the price is at $540. Soon when this situation does not change maybe in a couple of days or weeks it will drop at $400. Because bitcoin is also dropping in its value , all the altcoins will probably be in dip also. But i believe that etherium will bounce back and it will rise again in the future , just like bitcoin.

rumor is nothing to do in reality,this sucks the market because of this kind of users,if we will buy every nonsense issue that crosses our eyes well i guess we are not going any better now.why no just take those positive topics and trash the negatives,ethereum is the econd great coins and same as bitcoin it will not go dip thay big so better not take humors instead focus on what can give you profits

I don't think anyone can predict the price in crypto market. When the ethereum go back to $400, I think the market will drop down -80% for the other altcoins.

At the moment I would not be surprised if that happened. If the price of Bitcoin goes down, it's quite possible that eth will cost $ 400. There is nothing impossible in the world of crypto.

i dont think that is likely to happen now as the market seem to be bouncing back.it would have been a good buy for those who currently dont own eth

Resistance at $500 and $550 is there so I do hope that ETH will not crash to $400. The year started very bright on ETH as opposed to Bitcoin who continues on a wild price swing. But it looks like ETH never recovered from the first fall, upon reaching all-time-highs, it suddenly slides more than 50% of its high.

If it ever go back to $400, then it will be back to where it started in June, so be ready for your funds again and start buying when it goes to $400 and then just hold because we might see a similar event like last year and reaches another all-time-high before the end of the year.

I haven't read articles regarding this so if you can provide a link then it will be a great help. But for now, it seems that when bitcoin price fall, ethereum also fall. Bitcoin going down now may also mean that ethereum is also possible to drop. Though this only a possibility. Predictions are not helpful when it comes to this. I also don't think that eth will drop now. For me, it is on its way on shooting up.

Altcoin bear market will continue in the upcoming 2-3 months and ethereum will decrease more and more. Moreover I do not think bitcoin will recover soon enough so 400 usd is possible price for ethereum soon. It is more likely than being 1200$

I simply ignore such news "X coin will be Y$ in Z weeks". ETH has very big market cap and I wonder how they can give such a number in the news..
