Not sure that it may drop to 400. Negative news may effect it, but ETH is demanded almost in every ICO - so such price decrease is not very likely. Even if it drops to 400 I am still bullish on ETH in the long run.

Nobody recognizes what will happen to ethereum on the off chance that it will have returned to $400 or more, or it will tumble down yet yes it is conceivable that ethereum will have returned to $400 in light of its potential. Conceivably that much likely wouldn't occur. Just a week ago I thought that bitcoin would drop to 6000 and this would cause ethereum to drop to 400. But bitcoin did not fall, so in the near future ethereum will not drop to 400. Looking at ethereum's chart today, this prediction is highly likely to happen to which i am not happy about. Not at all. This first quarter of 2018 has been nothing but upsetting and simply quite traumatic for cryptocurrency investors. But for first timer buyers, this time is quite encouraging.

As usual, the usual rumors .. which as usual create a lot of unrest in the market. but the cost of an ETH of $400 is expected if so goes on. for the end of 2 months capitalization decreased by 2 times.

I dont think that is little chance of happening, unless a Massive FUD will be released by developed countries, but as of today many countries especially in Asia Region are now embracing cryptocurrency and the use blockchain technology.

Thats why $400 ETH price is a low probability for me.
This red tide we experience today is very normal, and upon reaching All time highs of prices several red tides have been happened.
