i dont even think so, not now, not in this year. ethereum has many potential technology to be developed, but there are also many scam ICO using ethereum's platform which caused for lack of trust in many new cryptocurrency players or investors. my prediction the price will be stagnant until the end of 2020, except if there are some triggers applied on ethereum come with developed technology.

I think at this point, eth will be around 3k end of year and bitcoin 35k. I know there is a lot of negativity and panic right now but I'm sure this will pass and we will be back at an all time high before you know it.
