There is nothing impossible in the world of cryptocurrencies , and we do not know what will happen again in the near future for all the cryptocurrencies value. Maybe this year or next year altcoins will rise up again in their value and etherium will rise to $1000 , that is posible to happen again. And then bitcoin will go skyrocket again and the bullrun will go on . Investors and traders , hodlers will surely be happy if this happens again in the world of cryptocurrencies.

The way I see it is this. Eth hit its all time high in 2017 because bitcoin was doing the same, and if it happened once it can, and most likely will, happen again. You just have to be patient, because those all time highs, the sharp peaks in the price charts, don't occur one after another within the space of a couple of months.

Investors right now are glum, as are a lot of members of bitcointalk. The price of bitcoin is a little bit depressed at the moment and many were thinking it was going to go higher after finally hitting $10,000. It didn't. But I've got the overwhelming feeling that bitcoin is going to explode again, and ETH is going to be along for the ride.

My friends, now is the time to be buying ETH. Don't lose hope.

Indeed, be patient my friend you will definitely see the outcome. The cryptocurrency market crashed while ago and the market is yet to recover so it is a very good idea to buy more altcoins now not only Ethereum so that when the market is fully recovered you would get huge amount of profits.

Do you think it will still achieve its all time high in late 2017/2018? It might just be a pipe dream but we have to be hopeful and believe in cryptocurrency. The sooner it gets adopted the better for us. Also, the Ethereum 2.0 release will address numerous shortfalls on the blockchain and entice more users making price to improve more. Just maybe we will get there soon with this continuous development we witness for Ethereum foundation

HODL will not make sense on holding this coin ethereum because there is decreasing market fall from the past 1 year and I was holding around 12 Eth and sold those coins finally when it was around 200+ value.
May be if there is any fortunate moment comes means it will be great deal for them.
