That's partially not true... Of course you won't get new coins for the Constantinople fork of Ethereum because that I think happens to be only just an update to the Ethereum blockchain, but there's another Ethereum hard fork i.e. Ethereum Classic Vision scheduled for Jan 11th as announced here: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/ann-etcv-ethereum-classic-vision-fork-31-of-ethereum-5089443 which will give current ETH holders in a ratio 3:1 of ETCV tokens.
Thats what I understand too. It was only an update and no new coins to be given. Though this ETCV hard fork I think is another hardfork not connected to constantinople. Anyway, if we receive an ETCV thats fine, but I am looking forward that this hardfork will somehow drive an Eth price to a few hundreths maybe.
