I always had the feeling that Ether will be better than bitcoin somedays. Well even though it might not come true, ETH is still a top coin with huge followers and market cap. I think this coin will reach $2.5k in 2018 December.
That's good, ETH is a good technology compared to bitcoin so we have to think optimistic. It has a good future so we will have to invest now, for me it does not really matter if we will surpass the value of bitcoin but what is
important for me is that ETH will grow and our investment will grow as well.
Every sector of life or every sector of business has ups and downs, and struggle is needed to overcome the hard situation. If a business overcomes the bad situation than it can grow more. I seem bitcoin also passing a bad time. We see some of the countries ban the bitcoin and some of the social media stop the promoting bitcoin. Passing bad time is not mean it will ever not overcome the bad situation.
It is also true that if the popular product is down than competitor try to get the position, I hope it will not possible because people still have faith in bitcoin. Eth is passing a good time but it is not for the suitable time because still, it is not popular as bitcoin.

As bitcoin is going through rough ride along with other altcoins but ethreum is turning out to be more stable platform for investment and also new ICO's are based on ethreum. Do you think Ethreum will dethrone bitcoin from 1st rank of crypto this year?
I believe Bitcoin will still dominate the crypto world and continue to be on top. There is no doubt that ethereum has high value but comparing to bitcoin, it has a big difference. Ethereum has more uses and more people are using it bit bitcoin is still the end goal of every man in crypto world.

There are Neo, EOS and Cardano that are still going to prove theirselves that they are better than Eth's blockchain so if Eth can't beat those then it has no right to be the new king.

Looks like Ethereum isn't ready yet to take the charge as no.1 coin. The last rally and the current scenario just goes on to show that Bitcoin is still the king and theres no coin who has the potential to dethrone it currently.

In all sincerity, I do not see etherum overtaking bitcoin but in this market, anything can happen. The use case of etherum is massive and the demand is second to non because of how projects are building their platforms on their network. But, we would see how things goes.

the chance of ethereum to compete with bitcoin is very open but it is very difficult. Although the price ethereum is rising but bitcoin also slowly goes up too slowly. Can happen if traders are not interested in bitcoin then ethereum that will be above bitcoin.Jump to:
