Bitcoin is the original crypto coin and the mother of all cryptocurrencies. It can never happen that ethereum will take this place and become a king of all crypto. I agree tht ethereum is a good and potental crypto coin but it will never beat the bitcoin.
Hello Folk, is it the time for ethreum to lead from the front ? As bitcoin is going through rough ride along with other altcoins but ethreum is turning out to be more stable platform for investment and also new ICO's are based on ethreum. Do you think Ethreum will dethrone bitcoin from 1st rank of crypto this year?
After this Casper implementation, will Ethereum be better than Ripple?

THe King is Bitcoin - for saving
Ethereum and Ripple - for everyday usage.
My thoughts
Possible if all the investors of cryptoworld will be convince to invest on ethereum rather than investing on bitcoin.
I do not think so, because the price of ethereum is still unstable, so it's hard to say that ethereum is new king of crypto.
but I'm not very optimistic that eth can overtake bitcoin this year. because bitcoin can still rise again. we do not know what will happen later,

Ethereum is consistently performing good and gaining No2 in best crypto currency. Stability is the strength of Ethereum. I hope Ethereum will go to no1 crypto currency and lead the Bitcoin.
I think so. Ethereum will take the crown from bitcoin and will be the new king. Even if the value of bitcoin is higher by far compared to ethereum. For me ethereum is still the best.
Ethereum has the potential to grow and I support it but I don't think that it can out rank bitcoin because is the foundation of all altcoins without bitcoin, altcoins are nothing.
I think its pretty much hard to say that but no doubt eth is the second largest market cap altr coin . Everyone knows it Because after btc position eth is the stable and most widely acceptable altr currecny .

For now ethereum is second only to bitcoin. But ethereum is slowly catching up bitcoin. I will not be surprised if in the future ethereum will take the crown from bitcoin.

Yes it sure that bitcoin still the king of cryptocurrency while other said that ethereum is the Queen because it was the second top of all altcoin, right now we cannot predict if ethereum can surpass bitcoin in the future if you notice most altcoin are in bitcoin pair.

If your saying that bitcoin will replace by ethereum there are much likely possible to happen since a lot of members here in this forum have trusted already ethereum which makes it easier to be on top of the bitcoin. And bitcoin's price nowadays is also dropping so the is a possibility of that to happen. However, there are also promising altcoins that may replace ethereum or even bitcoin. It depends upon on how the altcoins success in the cryptocurrency world. There are also ICO projects now that are promising. We do not know what will be happening in cryptocurrency. You must expect the unexpected things to happen.

Actually, everything is turning really shaky in the whole of the crypto world. It is not only Bitcoin that is suffering from this kind of trouble in cryptocurrencies' prices. Ethereum is also going down in terms of price, along with the major altcoins that are almost as strong as Ethereum. Litecoin is also going down, so does IOTA, so does Ripple, so does Cardano. Every altcoin that tops the chart is also suffering so there is no point saying Bitcoin is going down while the other one is rising.
It is hard to say that ethereum is the new king of crypto because we all know that bitcoin is the king of crypto currency. Although, many people much prefer to buy the ethereum but it doesn't mean that it is the new king of crypto. Even ethereum is one of popular altcoin, and yes ethereum is now being used for most of the advanced trader, but it doesn't mean that this is the new king of cryptocurrency, no one knows about this. Although, it is possible to make it happen, but i think it takes a long period of time.
ethereum is likely to be the king of the coin, it overcomes the weakness of bitcoin and it is the smart contract platform of the coin
