I think Etherium is king for 2019, but in future any other coin can be king, because technology is evolving every year.
Hello Folk, is it the time for ethreum to lead from the front ? As bitcoin is going through rough ride along with other altcoins but ethreum is turning out to be more stable platform for investment and also new ICO's are based on ethreum. Do you think Ethreum will dethrone bitcoin from 1st rank of crypto this year?
I think no. At present BTC is the main criptocurrency traded at criptocurrency exchanges and its price is rather low now due to big correction. I suppose BTC price will go up soon
IMO Ethereum and Bitcoin are like apples and oranges. They cater to different tastes as ETH and BTCBTCBTC cater to different markets. ETH is more of used for dapps, tokens, and smart contracts as BTCBTCBTC is for remittances, value transfers, and banking the unbanked.
Although yes, BTCBTCBTC is first gen, it's bound to be replaced someday.

I think that anything can happen. If Bitcoin's team cannot solve Bitcoin's weaknesses about fee and transaction speed, I believe that it can be replaced by another coin.
While it might be true that ETH is doing good in the market as of late, saying that it's the new king of Crypto would be a bit of a stretch in my opinion. BTC has shown a lot of resiliency over the past few years and continues to bounce back from slumps. ETH will continue to be high up the list but at this point, may not overtake BTC.
I dont think its a new king (its btc still) but maybe a queen , good promosing queen. Do not hesitste to buy and hold
maybe I can say a number After an incredible decline in bitco I'm investing in an investment that I'm really trusting I'm sure the Etherereum will rise a bit now but I'm not sure if it will be able to see the bitcoin levels

Ethereum is new in this field. Instead of calling new king I would like to say ethereum is a backup of Bitcoin. Day by day it's popularity is increasing but it's popularity is far more behind of Bitcoin.
NO. Bitcoin is bitcoin. Bitcoin is still the king of cryptoworld. Bitcoin is the future. Although bitcoin is on the red zone right now, it will surely pump in the near future. Ethereum is becoming more stable than bitcoin because most of the ICOs are based on ethereum thus giving it higher value. Yes it can surpass the value of bitcoin but bitcoin will have a big come back. Bitcoin can recover and still be the KING OF CRYPTOWORLD.

Ethereum has doing good i agree on that, but it's not enough to beat bitcoin. As we can see bitcoin has many supporters still believes on it, the price is now moving upward. Maybe let's observe in 3 years if we can see a good chances on ethereum. I believed Ethereum has a potential to reach the highest level in cryptocurrency market, and it is the only coin which is on the top of all altcoins. But it cannot be the king of cryptocurrency. Because BTC is the only king of cryptocurrency and it is just impossible for all coins to replace BTC.
We need to get rid of the term king for the crypto industry. There is no king, there is no queen in this sector. There are only good and promising ones for the people investing in crypto. Ethereum is on the top of all for me.
Bitcoin is the King! Period! Bitcoin is taking all the heat. I am big supporter of Ethereum, but I don't think Ethereum will perform so well if it wasn't in the shade of Bitcoin.

Day by day Ethereum is also becoming famous as bitcoin. It has own Blockchain and here many token can be stored.

I think Ethereum should be able to catch up with what Bitcoin is. Currently Ethereum is developing very well against Bitcoin but it needs to improve a lot of things like technology, speed, storage, security, etc. So it takes a lot of time for it to improve.

Lol. You know what op, I really do like ethereum also because clearly, ethereum too possesses great ideologies and really does solve real problems here in the crypto world with its platform. But to be honest, I really do not think that ethereum will really be able to beat bitcoin any time soon. In fact, I really do not think that it will even be at the same level with bitcoin. Ever. Yes, it has great potential to give huge profits for all its investors for the next few months and even more in the coming years, and yes, it can easily go higher in price with lesser volatility, but it is obviously not as popular as bitcoins yet. Which is the most important thing here in the crypto world other than great concepts and developers. But still, we cannot deny the fact that cryptos are totally unpredictable. So, the only thing we can do is wait for the future to unfold and hope that we make the right decisions for today.
