This is an old trick. The coin worth zero value.
The developer didn't even say anything about where all of money were going on.
this one must be market as an exit scam project. There must be people who can take legal action against the team. Million dollars wasted.

They are still alive but no significant update and there latest update on the telegram channel was the team are slow down due to pandemic. Besides that, most of the update are not related to EncryptoTel development at all and just some weekly digest. I'm still hoping for the project success. They have already a working product and license. The only thing that missing are the effective marketing to introduced the product to the public.

Honestly didnt expect this project to be still alive. Hoping it'll rise again one day.

My advice is try to invest in other projects so that your losses can be covered, I also lost a lot of money when the ICO was booming but I switched to other investments like other altcoins and now I can almost cover losses at that time. At that time I was too naive to wait for the price to rise but when the bear market hit and almost altcoin lost its value I was not expecting much anymore unless the project was very good.

I got even more and I still have in my wallet, but I can't blame myself from time to time not selling way back when the price was already good because I have already accepted it, I could lose in this investment but I'm still lucky I got profit in other investments.

The developer never tries to give an update through use this thread but the scammer is still posting on its official twitter account as the latest tweet has already made two months ago.
The developer of this project never tried to develop a product and he was still posting about this project to avoid the accusation.
I think that if you should forget this one as this has already confirmed as a scam project. You will never see any development result from this team as they are spending the money on their own needs.
There is some news about that on its twitter account but that's not interesting news for me.

At least they are active at Twitter, it would be good to have anew recent update about the roadmap for 2020 and also to know if they are having new partnerships since this is a telecommunication crypto project anyone would think many partnerships is an obvious goal to achieve or be working on it.
