Surprisingly Andros Townsend and Danny DrinkWater both missing out , so I understand about Townsend because he just recently in form , but DrinkWater are absolutely brilliant this season , no way he should be miss out! Instead Roy Hodgson have choose Jack Wilshere and Jordan Henderson that almost done nothing for their club this season and injury concern ahead on EURO 2016 .
What do you all think ?!
Seriously nobody here actually care about Roy Hodgson stupidity decision that choose Wilshere and Henderson instead of Townsend and DrinkWater?
I once confident that England could be the favor to win EURO 2016 , but after this I doubt that they could even pass the group stage...

Germany is my favorite. Mario Gomez will play one of his best tournaments, he's in very good form now. Müller and other players will help too. Spain is my side choice. They are the favorite in every tournament they participate.

Both Germany and France are highly favored so far. But I don't think they will make it this time. I voted "other", since I think Russia, Turkey and the Czech Republic have all quite strong teams and might have the advantage of being underdogs, who are not pressured by expectations of the public. Remember the devastating defeat of Brazil?

I think it will be a very interesting tournament. I especially like the group matches this time. Definitely looking forward to a nice hot summer with a cool beer and some good old soccer... Cheesy

It looks like majority expect France - Germany final. When we see odds of sportsbooks they think the same, that's common thought. But I'm pretty sure we'll see an unexpected, surprise final.

I voted for France, because germany loss reus, he will not play in the euro 16. but spain could be a good opponent, as they won 3-1 in a friendly match

I voted for France , because it has a mixed team of young and old players , those players can reach the final and also win the competition depending on the second team who reach the final , honestly ,I hope to watch England in the final with France , but I think they will miss experience , because all England's players are young players .

As I see most of people bet on Germany and it could perdicted, guys play really good. But I will bet on Russia. It is team of my country and I hope they will win. I usually bet on them on World cup and Euro. Cause of nobody bet on Russia (well, not too much for sure, it is not even in the list on the top of this post) and I can hit nice price in the case of their win!

If Russia win, you will definitely hit pretty good win, even if you bet symbolic ruble Wink Sorry, but the competition is too strong for Russia to be able to show anything on these European Championships.

Wales and Slovaks recently played pretty well, so I'm afraid that Russia could not even get out of the group ..

I think we all realize that there are only two options: Spain or Germany.

Personally, I will be supporting Spain, but I am afraid that the Germany will win.

Guys, do you remember Euro 2004 in Portugal? Do you remember who won then?
Despite overwhelming odds and people who claimed they have no chance from the start because they are team from 'outside great football circle'.
I have a feeling that something like this could happen again. This time it could happen with Turkey, Ukraine or Russia. Poland has good team too.

France,Germany or Spain.. anyone from them could be the winner. Your guess is as good as mine, there are always surprises, but i don't think
any other will have a real chance to win. Really hope Germany does NOT win, tho, for personal reasons

I think you are biased because Germany holds the World Champion title from 2014, and it was 2 years ago, many players from that time are no longer playing.

I couldn't agree more with your statement
WC 2014 team and Euro 2016 are very different.

A lot of players who weren't standard in their clubs, stopped playing, currently trying to get back after an injury, etc:
Lahm (retired), Gotze (didn't play much for Bayern), Klose (retired), Schweinsteiger (currently injured), Gomez (didn't play in Brazil), Hummels (currently injured)

plus 3 new young players.

I think the france could be a winner because they play as hosts will certainly have a special motivation even though they lost some key players like Karim Benzema, mathieu valbuena. this condition same like when euro 2000 without trezeguet they become the winner.

I put all mine money on Germany there team is really strong. Just a friendly friendly match against  Slovakia don't change mine vision about it. Sadly enough the Netherlands isn't even representative on EURO 2016. But I like Football so when possible I will check the most matches of this football event.

While I also believe Germany can win Euro 2016 and have made a bet on that, it is never a good idea to put all your money on one single bet as it is just too risky. Anyway, good luck.
Yeah i think germany is the best to choose very strong team than the enemy.. so looks like i will bet some of my bitcoin to their team. and i hope they can win..

Germany looks very powerful and stronger candidate for championship.Germany lost even last match but this has nothing importance because these are side matches.I have no doubt about Germany and France to play final match in the end.Germany will succeed to take the EuroCup 2016.
i vote for france, but also look on Germany strength, and i think that two teams have biggest chance to win Euro 2016,germany with best starting eleven and france with benefit as host and also have great young players.

I voted for Germany cause they are favorites in my opinion. Last few games they didn't play with their maximum, bad weather conditions also contribute to that, but maybe that is smart move to save power for upcoming cup.

-snip-

Weather conditions, right. So it was raining only for Germans? Slovakia played on different pitch that match or something?
Rain was the same for everyone please stop saying that because of that German team lost.
