Not sure I understand the question....
I suspect everything will be shipped together, if it can't be for what ever reason, i'd ship in order of payment, yes.
Users with 'reserved' next to their name on the order list, just means they're getting bitcoin and will pay in a few days.
I should be able to up my order to 2 units - mining away like mad here, I think I should be able to mine enough for another one by the deadline.
