OP is silent now, he has not made any comment after creating this thread, so it could only be a misunderstanding on this part, the rules of the site are well explain by the representative here.

I just want to tell something about this
When I asked them about it they froze my account and told me that I am having multiple accounts. een shots of chats and my deposit and betting details.
I learn my lessons in the past, I had 2 accounts back then but I receive an email requesting me to close the other account, I'm not an abuser, I just tried to make two accounts. So, I understand that it's necessary to maintain one account only, it's hard if your winnings will be compromise.

To experiment, I'll try to use this site, let's see if how it goes.
All of gambling sites do have similar ToS when it comes to these abuse so it wont really be a surprise that users do commit such violations will definitely be given such action.

OP is online -Last Active:   December 31, 2018, 03:41:27 PM . So, we can presume this is already being settled privately yet there are no anymore feedbacks or complaints we do hear about.

Interesting threads .I guess op problem is invalid
I even doubt it he will comeback to answer the counter of the accusee. If ever he will, I also doubt the proofs will be posted.

think he has been paid by the bookie,if I  read the posts above correctly
even though OP seems like an abuser, everybet decided not to squabble over 3 mbtc
in any case it was a free bet offer , don't see it as a scam attempt by a bookmaker
usually it is subject to TOS and they are free to cancel it any time if they suspect the foul play

You may contact the Campaign Manager for Everybet.io as for I think that he has  Direct connection between the staffs of the mentioned Gambling Site.
I guess their campaign will be greatly affected by this incident. If the owner of that gambling site are proven guilty then for sure their campiagn will become pointless even how hard they advertise thus I will not be surprise if they will end it earlier than what they've plan from the start.
I do not think one or two claim should end up making a decision. What if OP is guilty for tricking the system trying to take advantages. I am not denying the fact that EVERYBET can not make mistake.

My theory is, if they really don't want to be fair then they would not bother to spend all the money in their campaigns. Did I miss any evidence from OP?

One thing always gives me pain that why the Betting sites freeze the initial deposit too? If you guess found anyone guilty for cheating then freeze their account and return the money they deposited. Just be fair.

Yes, every Gambling Site might be the same but as for their Bonuses it shouldn't be abused like the way OP did. That was very unfortunate for him and the platform, though the Bonuses just intended to be an incentive to have the gamblers play the game and let it be their starting bet or it may have their reasons why they can enjoy the game.

This customer has withdrawn his funds and we have paid his last bet. Our terms on our sign-up bonus are quite simple:

Place first bet, receive two free bets – Terms and Conditions

New customers who place their first wager will be entitled to two free bets up to the same value (up to 3 mBTC).

For some reason in the original post on this thread the word 'new' appears to not have been copied and pasted correctly by the poster.

We keep our terms and conditions simple for all of our bonuses. We don't want to have endless Terms and Conditions and hurdles for customers. That said, it's a two-way street as we don't willingly accept bonus abuse either. We can't run promotions otherwise.

I think the way Everybet.io is defending this allegation by a member seems that they are right here and it is the OP/ User who is trying to exploit the bonus to his benefit and trying to cheat the system by wrongly interpreting the sites term and condition about the bonus.
Not only on this site but on all gambling sites as well where abusing sites bonuses is really a NO NO! So decisions had been made is just right and a normal act to be done by management.

Hi - I was waiting for this post to appear. I take libellous posts such as the one you have made seriously. It is utterly unfounded.

You have created several accounts on our site and received a new customer bonus several times. Once we were able to link the accounts we requested you to provide documentation. As per our terms of service (3.3 and 12.3) you cannot have multiple accounts or commit bonus abuse.

This morning after opening an additional account you contacted our support questioning the whereabouts of your bonus. That wasn't a mistake. You were aware you had been on our site before and had previously created accounts.

You have attempted to abuse our site. It's as simple as that. If you contact live support I will tell them to process your withdrawal and to close your latest account.
How long took it to link the accounts and what method did you use?

Because a security software checking IP address and device discovers a second account instantly!

If whatever everybet said is true, OP is abusing the bonus system, OP deserves a simple ban with no payout. Everybet should provide proof here which ensures OP is using multiple accounts for abusing the bonus system. Otherwise, I would support OP here.

I'm pretty sure they can't post this kind of information for privacy problems.
So any of the DT member or trusted member of this community member can confirm that they are abusing their rules by having multiple accounts or this will become a strategy to scam the people when they are making money in gamling site.

@OP,so now you can move this to scam accusation where you will get attention of some DT member to solve this issue.

he has created a newbie account to post this
so I don't think he is too scared of being tagged
and it does look like he is a bonus abuser trying to threaten the bookie with scam accusations
you never know for sure though and sometimes mistakes happen and people use VPN and get connected to others players
but all the fuss because of a 3 mb free bet which was , actually paid out too, I don't even  know...

Many are saying some things good about them on telegram though I have not tried them to know if it is something scam or not.  I also saw them opening up a new signatures campaigns at the service section of this forum and no one has come out to called them scammers!

We cannot simply post customer records and data on a public forum. Much as I would like to in this instance there are a variety of data confidentiality rules that prevent this.

If there's an independent third party we can share the results with I would be happy to do so. I will speak with our Compliance Manager and see what can be done.

First of all, the community needs more evidence from both parties. I am wondering though, how does everybet knows that this guy has multiple accounts and if you do know via IP address, why do you accept his deposit and let him play from an account that he will not be able to withdraw?

If you are afraid of the website and sign up bonuses abuse then you have to either not provide this bonus or ask for KYC in the first place. Otherwise, it seems that your actions are malicious and you are not protecting your customers. Not only the one that tries to abuse but all the others that play in your casino that "get abused".

This thread belongs to scam accusation if provided with all the evidence

~snip~
How can you say that he have several accounts, you also need to provide when you are freezing the account with funds,or your site's reputation will be in trouble.
